Entry is available to permanent residents of:

During in the Promotional Period, listeners will be encouraged to “like” the B105 Facebook Page (
http://www.facebook.com/B105Brisbane). At various times across the Promotional Period, the Promoter will solicit for listeners to call 13 10 60 with the current B105 status update on the Facebook page (“Cue To Call”).
For each Cue to Call one (1) caller will be selected at random and asked for the current Facebook status off air. If the caller is correct and eligible to win, they will be awarded the Prize.
If the caller is incorrect, another random caller will be selected until a winner is found.
Listeners will also have a chance to enter the major prize draw by registering online and telling us in 25 words or less why they deserve a trip to Rome.

Accommodation costs will be covered by the Promoter for room only. Any additional costs, including but not limited to room service, internet use, phone use, mini bar and hotel taxes, will need to be covered by the Prize Winner and/or their travel companion.
The Prize Winner will be asked to present a credit card upon arrival at the hotel destination as a safety deposit for any additional costs incurred at the hotel.
By participating in this promotion, all participants and prize winners agree that Kumuka Worldwide and Korean Airlines, their partnerships, subsidiaries and affiliates and each of such entities’ respective officers, directors, agents and employees are not responsible or liable for any injury, loss, illness, litigation or damage that may occur from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes.
Prize Winner and their travel companion must be eligible to enter Italy and have a passport valid for a period of six (6) months past their expected stay in Italy. The passport must be machine-readable (e-passport). It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their accompanying guest to contact the Australian Passport Office to verify the status of their passport should they have any doubts.
Prize Winner and their accompanying travel companion must both not have criminal records or outstanding convictions against their name.
It is the Prize Winner’s and travel companion’s own responsibility to ensure they notify the Promoter, the airline, hotel and any other establishments associated with the Promotion and/or the Prize of any allergies they have.
Should the Prize Winner and/or their travel companion be refused entry into any country for any reason, the Promoter does not take any responsibility and the person/s who was refused entry will not be compensated by the Promoter in any way.
All Prize Winners and travel companions will be required to carry valid photo identification with them at all times. Any Winners and travel companions who are aged under twenty one (18) years of age will not be able to consume alcohol during any part of their stay, in accordance with local laws.
By entering this Promotion, the entrant confirms and acknowledges that the Promoter owns all copyright in all materials produced throughout the promotional period. The promoter may use this material in their absolute discretion with no remuneration being awarded to the entrant for such use.
Flight conditions:
Flights are non-redeemable for cash.
Flights must be taken on the dates/times and airlines as specified by the Promoter. If the Prize Winner and/or their travel companion would like to amend any details of their trip, including but not limited to the date of their return flight to Australia, the Promoter will put the Prize Winner &/or their travel companion in touch with the relevant travel agency, and the Prize Winner &/or their travel companion will be fully responsible for making any amendments/arrangements directly with the travel agency, which can only be secured subject to availability at the time of booking, and the Prize Winner &/or their travel companion will be fully responsible for covering all costs involved with changing their trip details, including but not limited to flight change charges, transfers, and any additional accommodation on top of the provisions outlined in Item 11: Prize Details.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for any flight delays, changes or cancellations. In the event of a flight disruption, the Promoter will not be liable should the Prize Winner and/or their travel companion not be able to take part in any element of the Prize. The Promoter will not be liable to make good any element of the Prize not fulfilled due to a flight disruption.
Flights are subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage.
Kumuka Worldwide Terms and Conditions:1. Prize is for two adults, (5) five night’s 4 star hotel accommodation (twin-share) in Rome, as determined by Kumuka Worldwide and return international economy flights from Brisbane to Rome with Korean Air.
2. Prize must be booked by 28 February 2012 and travel on the tour must commence by 31 October 2012 otherwise tour prize will be forfeited.
3. Blackout period applies 01December 2011 to 31 January 2012 and throughout Olympic Games period.
4. Winner must be aged (18) eighteen years and over.
5. The prize is non-transferable to other persons and non-redeemable for cash. Any attempt to resell or auction all or any part of this prize will result in an immediate cancellation of the prize. Prize cannot be exchanged for another tour. In the event that for any reason whatsoever a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Kumuka then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that
element of the prize.
6. Additional spending money, accommodation, meals, insurance,
fuel surcharges, taxes, passports, visas, items of a personal nature, inoculations, travel to and from tour start and end point, and all other ancillary costs are not included as part of the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
7. The winner is required to obtain the relevant and suitable travel insurance at their own expense in order to be able to take the holiday prize. It is the traveller’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas and health requirements, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
8. The prize winner must be one of the travelling party and all travelling companions must travel together and share accommodation.
9. Winners must contact Kumuka Worldwide on 1300 667 277 or sales@kumuka.com.au to claim the prize.
10. By accepting the prize, the prize winner and travelling companions agree with the booking terms and conditions of Kumuka Worldwide, its partners and Korean Air. Prize is subject to availability as determined by Kumuka Worldwide. Should this tour not be redeemable, Kumuka reserves the right to substitute an alternative tour and international flights to equal or lesser value.
11. Once booked and confirmed prize cannot be changed or cancelled or prize will be forfeited.
12. It is a condition of the prize that nothing is written by the prize winner about Kumuka in any publication or website without the written approval of Kumuka.
