1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Sleep’n Round Pty Ltd (ACN 152 172 122) ("Promoter").
3. Entry is open to Australian residents only ("Eligible Entrants"). The competition is not open to employees of the Promoter, their agents, contractors, consultants, their families (including de facto spouses) or to other persons assisting with the competition.
4. Entries to the competition will open at 9:00am on November 17, 2011 and close at 5:00pm on December 22, 2011 (“Promotion Period”).
5. Eligible Entrants must provide their full name and email address.
6. To be eligible to win, Eligible Entrants must ‘Like’ the Promoter’s page.

Only one entry per person will be accepted 8. The winner will be drawn on January 4th, 2012 ("Competition Date").

The prize on offer is flights to Melbourne from either Sydney airport or Brisbane airport (flights only redeemable from one of these two cities and only if one of these two cities is your permanent place of residence. If the prize winners permanent place of residence is Melbourne or another part of Australia the flights are not included as part of the prize – However all other parts of the prize is included), 2 nights’ accommodation at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, located on prestigious Collins Street, for 2 people, valued at over $1,500. The winner will enjoy 2 nights’ accommodation in one of the hotel's stylish new Grand Suites; a bottle of champagne will be waiting when you arrive and access to the exclusive Grand Club lounge at any time (where breakfast, morning tea, afternoon tea and refreshments throughout the day will be served).
10. The Promoter will bear the cost of the prize, but all other costs associated with the taking and use of the Prize (including taxes, etc.) is the responsibility of the winner.
11. The winner will be determined by chance through the conduction of a random draw.
12. The winner will be notified by email within 21 days of the end of the Promotion Period. If the winner does not reply to the email within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw to determine a new winner.
13. Incomplete entries and entries are not eligible to win. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for misdirected, lost or delayed entries and entries not received for any reason during the Promotion Period, or for any technical difficulties with an entry.
14. Any entrant who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process, will be ineligible to win.
15. The Prize must be taken as stated. The Prize is not transferable, divisible or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Prize at any time without notice with a prize of a similar nature.
16. The Promoter will not be held liable for any loss, damage or injury which results directly or indirectly from the competition, except that which cannot be excluded by law. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or injury suffered by the winner whilst experiencing the Prize, and the winner hereby releases the Promoter from any such liability.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. By entering the competition entrants understand and agree that the Promoter (and its affiliates, sponsors and partners) may use and disclose the information provided by them for future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes, subject to any applicable privacy laws.
18. The Promoter reserves the right to modify these rules, suspend or discontinue this competition at any time.
19. These rules are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
20. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
21. Eligible Entrants release Facebook from all and any claims in connection with the Promotion.
22. Eligible Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
