The Athlete’s Foot – Mizuno Pack Skilled Based Competition - Terms and Conditions – Final
1. WHO CAN ENTER: Entry is only open to Australian residents who are have a valid Facebook account, like The Athlete's Foot Australia Facebook page and are not employees, directors, contractors to, or agencies engaged by Mizuno Australia or The Athlete’s Foot Australia.
2. HOW TO ENTER: You can enter this competition by liking The Athlete’s Foot Australia Facebook page, completing the "Mizuno Pack competition” form that includes uploading a photo of a drawing that answers the competition "skill based” question (Why would you lace up a pair of Mizunos and go out running? Draw you answer, upload a photo of it for a chance to win a Mizuno Pack!). Successful uploading of a photo with a drawing that shows a readable answer of the competition question must be completed to enter the Mizuno Pack competition.
3. DURATION: Competition opens on Tuesday 15th November 2011 and closes on Monday 5th December 2011.
4. LIMITATIONS ON ENTRY: People entering this competition are allowed one entry only.
5. PRIZE DETAILS: A Mizuno Pack that includes Performance Short Sleeve Tee, Performance Square Short (Men) or Âľ Tight (women), one pair of Mizuno Wave Inspire 8 shoes or Mizuno Wave Ultima 3 shoes (depending on winner foot type). Pack retail value of $350.
In order to receive the pack, each winner will be contacted via email and will need to provide correct a) full name b) mailing address c) phone number d) Asics Walking shoe style e) shoe size f) short sleeve tee size g) tight/short size. No refunds or exchanges will be given.
6. USE OF PERSONAL DETAILS: By registering for this competition, you also agree to receive offers, promotions and information from The Athlete’s Foot Australia.
7. HOW TO WIN: Entries will be judged on Thursday 8th December 2011 by The Athlete’s Foot Australia team located at 719 Elizabeth St, Waterloo NSW 2017.This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity and originality. Five single entries judged as the best by The Athlete’s Foot Australia team will each win the prize (One Mizuno Pack). An entry with the most votes from online users will also win a prize (One Mizuno Pack). The winners will be announced on The Athlete’s Foot website on the 9th December 2011. Winners will be notified by email within 3 days of the decision. The Promoter’s decision is final.
8. NO LIABILITY: In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and/or recommence it on the same conditions. The Promoter takes no responsibility for prize quality or default of service. The Promoter will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) whilst undertaking any travel won on or connected with their entry into the draw; or
c) in the participation in any prize;
d) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected e-mail;
e) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any company, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person;
f) in relation to failure of an online entry message to be received by the promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion;
g) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion; due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available. If, for any reason, this competition is not
capable of being conducted as planned for any reason, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
9. ENTIRE CONDITIONS: These conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties relating to the entry and the conduct of the competition.
