Terms and ConditionsThese terms and conditions apply to the Sanity "Win One of Five Cars" Prize Draw Incentive ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, 36-48 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Entry is only open to persons who are:
residents of Australia;
who make a purchase at a Sanity store, or online at sanity.com.au of over $50 in a single transaction;
not employees of the Promoter or the Promoter's suppliers or other associated companies or agencies (as determined by the Promoter), or their family members, ("Eligible Persons").
are over the age of 18, with a valid Australian Drivers Licence.
The Promotion commences 12:00am AEST on Tuesday 29th November 2011 and closes 11:59pm AEST on Saturday 24th December 2011 (“Promotional Period”). Entries received after the closing date will not be collected. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, make a purchase of $50 or more in a single transaction at a Sanity store or online at sanity.com.au. A Sanity Team member must enter their details at the register, directly after the purchase.
For online orders Eligible Persons must email competitions@sanity.com.au with the email subject WIN A CAR and in the body of the email include their full name, address and sanity.com.au order numberAll completed entries will automatically go into the prize draw for the Promotion. Only one entry is valid per transaction. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion. The winners will be drawn electronically at 1000hrs on 17th January, 2012 by MCN at Level 8, 401 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC, 3008.
Five (5) Prizes to be won. Each winner will receive 1 x Proton Persona G Manual car.
Maximum of each prize value is $14,990. Total National prize pool is $74,950 made up of 5 x cars.
Prize will be awarded at winners nearest dealership, or in the event a Proton dealership is not within a reasonable distance (as agreed upon by both the Winner and the Promoter), the prize will be delivered to the winner.
The prize includes on-road statutory and government charges relevant to the winner’s state and one year's registration.
The prize excludes any additional accessories and all other costs are to be borne by the winner.
The colour of the vehicle is subject to stock availability at the time. Proton will endeavor to provide the winners preferred colour but this cannot be guaranteed.
In the event a drawn entry is deemed invalid, the next valid entry will win.
Prize is unable to be transferred, exchanged or taken as cash. In any event the prize is unavailable; the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize of the same or greater value (subject to the approval of relevant regulatory authority).
The Prize is unable to be sold within 12 (twelve) months of winning the competition.
Winners will be notified by phone using the contact details they provided to the Promoter on entry into the Promotion, and then by writing, and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 25/01/12. All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the Winner/s. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating the Promotion, if a prize/s is: (i) not claimed by the Winner or (ii) forfeited for any reason, the Prize/s will be awarded to another Entrant/s in an unclaimed prize draw (the “UNCLAIMED PRIZE DRAW”) commencing at 1000hrs on 17th April 2012, at MCN, Level 8, 401 Docklands Drive, Docklands VIC 3008. Winners of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by phone, and then by writing, and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 25/04/12.
The promoter reserves the right to use the winners name, likeness, image and/or voice in any media for an unlimited time period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition, and promoting any products and services, manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this Promotion by the Promoter and its agents associated with this Promotion. All personal information provided to the Promoter in connection with the Promotion will be destroyed after the competition closes and winners have been notified.
