“Tell us what makes your world Grand Promo”
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this competition are ineligible to enter.

Limit applies of one entry per person.The Promoter must receive entries during the Entry Period. Entries received after 29/02/12 will not be accepted.
4. The competition commences at 00.01 AEST on 28/10/11 and closes at 23.59 AEST on 29/02/12.
5. This competition is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on their merits based on creativity. The best entry, as determined by the judges, will receive the prize.
6. Judging will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 03/03/12 at Channelzero, 201-205 Pacific Highway, St.Leonard’s, NSW, 2065. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from Channelzero and BacardiLion.
7. Prize consists of a trip to Paris for 2 adults. Prize includes return flights and 5 nights accommodation. Total RRP value of prizes = $7,000. All other ancillary costs including but not limited to insurance, taxes, meals, drinks, transfers and any and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
8. Prizes are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The judges decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.
9. In the event that any prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
10. The winner will be notified by email on or by Friday 9th March 2012.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of winners and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
13. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may modify cancel, terminate or suspend the competition.
14. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
16. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the promotion) and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.
