1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry.
2. This promotion begins on the 22nd November 2011 and finishes on the 9th December 2011.
3. Entry is open to PETstock facebook fans residing in Australia who enter the competition at
www.facebook.com/petstock.
4. One entry per facebook fan will be excepted. Maximum value of the prize pool for dog is $1,000. Maximum prize pool for cat is $500.
5. A Year's Supply of Food for one dog or cat will be determined by Purina based on the size and dietary requirements of the dog/cat.
6. Employees (and their Immediate Family Members) of the Promoter, or any related body corporate of the Promoter including the entities set out in clause 4, as well as any agency associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.
7. The Draw will be conducted at 3pm Eastern Standard time on the 9th of December 2011; Entries to the draw will close 11.59.59pm (AEST) on the 9th December 2011.
8. Winners will be notified via email on the 9th December 2011. Winners will be announced on facebook on Monday, 12th December 2011.
11. This is not a game of skill. The single prize winner will be selected at random through an automatic selection process.
12. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid and removed from the draw. The promoter's decision is final.
13. The promoter is PETstock Pty Ltd, ABN 80 098 394 588, 119 Market Street South Melbourne, Vic, 3205.
14. If the prize is still unclaimed after three calendar months of the original prize draw, the Promoter will conduct a further draw for the prize. The date for this draw would be the 9th March 2011 at the same time of day and address as the original draw. Each winner of an unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email. The winner of an unclaimed prize draw will also be published on the PETstock website within 14 days.
15. Winners must be able to pick up their prize in stages from a PETstock store. One bag at a time only will be given.
