Club Five Dock RSL – Golf Giveaway Promotion
The ‘Golf Giveaway’ will be conducted at Club Five Dock, 66 Great North Road, Five Dock NSW 2046, under the following Terms and Conditions and is open to members only.
Terms & Conditions
1. The ‘Golf Giveaway” will commence on Tuesday 6 December 2011 and conclude on Monday 5 March 2012.
2. Entry Tickets are gained my Members in the following ways:
2.1 Swiping their Financial Membership Cards through the Rewards Terminal at the participating local business partners which are advertised throughout the Club, whilst spending the minimum spend of $10 per transaction one ticket will be rewarded, and one additional ticket for every $10 spent thereafter in the one transaction.
2.2 Swiping their Financial Membership Cards through the Point of Sale (till) at the 3 Peppers Bistro whilst spending the minimum spend of $10 per transaction one ticket will be rewarded, and one additional ticket for every $10 spent thereafter in the one transaction.
2.3 Swiping their Financial Membership Cards through the Point of Sale (till) at the Club Bars whilst spending the minimum spend of $3 per transaction one ticket will be rewarded, and one additional ticket for every $3 spent thereafter in the one transaction.
2.4 Members Swiping their Financial Membership Cards through the Rewards Terminal between the hours of 9am to 6pm, 8pm to 12am and 12.01am to 3am seven days a week
3. First draw commences on Monday 12 December 2011 at 7.30pm (Barrel closes at 7.00pm). Draws will run for thirteen (13) weeks on the following dates:
Week 1 – 12 December 2011
Week 2 – 19 December 2011
Week 3 – 26 December 2011
Week 4 – 2 January 2012
Week 5 – 9 January 2012
Week 6 – 16 January 2012
Week 7 – 23 January 2012
Week 8– 30 January 2012

4. At each weekly draw, three (3) tickets will be drawn from the barrel. The winner with the first ticket drawn will receive a $50. The winner with the second ticket drawn will receive $100 and the winner with the third ticket drawn will receive $200 plus a Key in the Major Draw.
5. Once first twelve (12) numbers have been claimed through the weekly draws a further draw will be held on Monday 5 March 2012 at 7.30pm. Eighteen (18) tickets will be drawn from the barrel and each ticket holder will receive an entry into the Major Draw.
6. Once all Eighteen (18) numbers have been claimed the Major Draw will commence. Each number holder will be called up in order to select a key, one of which will open the VW Golf car
7. Major prizes details are as follows: 1 x VW Golf 77TSI 7spd DSG 5 door hatch of a colour of their choice from the available manufactures range at the time of draw. Including registration and CTP.
8. All members must be on the premises at the time of the draw and will have 4 minutes to make them known to the Raffle Host.
9. If a member does not present themselves to the Host in the allocated time frame then the draw will be deemed invalid and a redraw will take place until a player is determined.
10. Total cost of the promotion is $31,000.00.
11. Any member caught tampering in any way with the promotion may be refused the right to enter any future Club promotions; this includes mutilation, forging, altering or tampering with promotional tickets.
12. Only financial members of Club Five Dock may participate in this promotion. This excludes provisional members, suspended members, members that have been excluded and members that have dishonoured cheques outstanding.
13. Directors, Management and their families (includes defacto) and Employees of Club Five Dock may not participate in this promotion.
14. Management’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Liability
1. The Promoter and any companies associated with this competition, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of the use and enjoyment of any item gained via the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
2. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
3. Unless due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms and conditions, all valid prize claims in excess of the advertised prize pool value will be honoured.
4. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then it will be suspended subject to the approval gaming authorities in NSW, where required.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in NSW where required.
6. If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Conditions of Entry shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force and effect as if the offending term or provision appearing had not been inserted herein.
Customers Information
1. By entering the promotion you give the Promoter consent to use your personal information for further purposes and promotions unless you say otherwise.
2. The Promoter agrees to keep confidential all personal details obtained by the Promoter during the Promotional Period and agrees that such information will be used for the purposes of the promotion only.
3. If the customer chooses to accept a prize, the Promoter reserves the right to use the customers name and photograph for marketing and publicity purposes.
