(5) All complete entries will be entered into the prize selection process, which will take place on 16/01/2012, and entry to the competition implies acceptance of any terms and conditions (6) The prize will be awarded to the top 50 entries, as selected by Hanesbrands Inc. The winner will be responsible for providing accurate information according to sizes of garments required, as no exchange can be offered if incorrect. Prize will be sent to winner within the following 7-10 days of the prize selection process. (9) If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Hanesbrands Inc, Hanesbrands Inc reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
