Jamaica Blue® Coffee Date Promotion
1.Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2.The Promoter is Jamaica Blue Pty Ltd, ACN 059 236 387, of 424 New South Head Road, Double Bay, NSW 2028, Australia.
3.The promotion will be administered by Slingshot Digital Ventures Pty Ltd, ACN 150 786 164, of 435a-437 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia
4.Entry to the Jamaica Blue Coffee Date Promotionshall be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5.Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of 13 except employees and immediate families of Slingshot Digital Ventures or the Promoter, related entities and “Participating Stores” which comprise all Jamaica Blue stores in Australia (Jamaica Blue stores are located in all states and territories of Australia). 6.The promotion runs from 10.00AM 12 December 2011 to 10.00AM 16 January 2012 (“Promotional Period”). No entries or successful acceptance as per Sections 12 & 13 received later than 10.00AM 16 January 2012 will be accepted.
Entry Into The Jamaica Blue® Coffee Date Promotion
7.To enter, you must, during the Promotional Period:
a.Be a user of the Facebook platform.
b.Become a fan of the official Jamaica Blue Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/JamaicaBlueCafes).
c.Accept permission for the Jamaica Blue Coffee Date application to aggregate your Facebook friends for selection.
d.Enter the required form provided on the Jamaica Blue Facebook page (
www.facebook.com/JamaicaBlueCafes). The required form will include all necessary information for the postage of the coffee voucher upon successful entry.
e.Select the friend or friends you wish to invite to a coffee date.
f.Your invitation processed and sent by the Jamaica Blue Coffee Date application must be accepted by the invitee for a voucher to be awarded.
g.The invitee must become a fan of the official Jamaica Blue Facebook page.
h.The entry must not be:
i.Late,
ii.Delayed,
iii.Incomplete, or
iv.Incomprehensible
8.The Promoter may disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which places the fair and proper conduct of the competition at risk.
9.The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunction of any communications network or any lost, late, delayed, ineligible, incomplete or corrupted entries, however this may happen.
10.If you are under the age of 18 you must obtain the prior permission of your parent or guardian to enter.
Details of Prizes
11.This is a game of chance.
12.The prize is 2 (two) Signature Blend small-size Jamaica Blue coffees (“the Prize”). The retail value of an individual prizes is AUD$7.20 in total.
13.There are 10000 coffees in total to be claimed and therefore 5000 Prizes. The retail value of the entire prize-pool is AUD$36,000.00
14.Only entries received during the Promotional Period and capable of being redeemed with the 10000 coffees offered by the Promoter will be awarded the respective prizes.
15.The Prize is only available upon successful acceptance by the selected friend through the Jamaica Blue Coffee Date application.
16.Until the selected friend accepts the coffee through the Jamaica Blue Coffee Date application there has been no prize awarded and no obligation to provide a prize to the entrant exists.
17.Each entrant is limited to redeeming 5 Prizes (a total of 10 Signature Blend small-size Jamaica Blue coffees).
18.Vouchers for 2 (two) Signature Blend small-size Jamaica Blue coffees will be delivered through postal mail to the winners from 31 January 2012.
19.Winners will be drawn at 12.01PM 17 January 2012 in the offices of Slingshot Digital Ventures,435a-437 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
20.Winners will be notified at 12.30PM 17 January 2012 through the Jamaica Blue Coffee Date application.
21.An unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12.01pm on 17 February 2012 in Slingshot Digital Ventures,435a-437 Kent Street, Sydney, NSW 2000, Australia.
22.The vouchers can only be redeemed at participating stores and must be redeemed by 30 April 2012.
23.Vouchers are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Any unused voucher will not be refunded or credited on expiry.
24. Any element of the prize is not to be resold for cash or profit in any way.
25. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulation.
26.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the taking of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
27.If the Promoter is unable to contact the winner for the purposes of distributing the prize, that winner will forfeit the prize entirely and it shall be awarded to the next selected winner in the promotion. The Promoter will not be liable where a winner forfeits their prize.
Specific Prize Details For South Australian Residents
28.The prize pool for residents of South Australia is capped at 1000 Prizes (2000 coffees). Each prize is AUD$7.20 and therefore the total value of all prizes capable of being awarded to winners in South Australia as specified by the terms of this lottery is AUD$7200.00.
29.Residents of South Australia will be identified by the information required in the Jamaica Blue Coffee Date entry form.
Specific Prize Details For New South Wales Residents
30.The prize pool for residents of New South Wales is capped at 1338 Prizes (2776 coffees). Each prize is AUD$7.20 and therefore the total value of all prizes capable of being awarded to winners in New South Wales as specified by the terms of this lottery is AUD$9993.60.
31.Residents of New South Wales will be identified by the information required in the Jamaica Blue Coffee Date entry form.
Privacy
32.Each entrant acknowledges that their entry information may be used for future promotional purposes if they have opted-in to receiving promotional information from Jamaica Blue.
