This Schedule sets out the details of the “Myer Super Stocktaker” Competition. The Schedule must be read together with the Terms and Conditions of Entry (which follow this Schedule).

An individual is an Eligible Person if they are:
• Over 18 years old;
• An Australian resident; and
• Not a director, management, officer, any employee involved in the management of the Promotion or contractor of the Promoter who are directly involved in the management of the Promotion (or their immediate families) or of the agencies or organisations associated with this Promotion.
Participating Products (if applicable)
Any product purchased at Myer and paid for in full by the Entrant (and not returned) during the 2011 Stocktake Sale period, being from 26 December 2011 at 12.00am (AEDT) to 22 January 2012 at 11.59pm.
Items such as hampers and seasonal packaged foods are considered Participating Products, however food and drinks within Myer Cafes and food outlets are excluded from the Promotion.
Promotion Period
The Promotion commences on 12:00am on 26 December 2011.
The Promotion closes on 22 January 2012 at 11.59pm AEDT. Purchases and Entries must be received by this date.
Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time the Entry is received in the Promoter’s competition database and not at the time of transmission. No responsibility will be taken for late or lost, misdirected, incomplete Entries.
Entry Restrictions
Entrants must be 18 years of age or over who have access to the internet and follow the Entry Procedure outlined below.
Total Number of Entries for Promotion
Multiple Entries by an Entrant are allowed, however you cannot enter the same Participating Product more than once.
Maximum Number of Entries per Entrant
One Entry per person per transaction. Each Entry must be a separate Entry and comply with the Entry Guidelines (set out under Entry Materials below).
Entry Procedure
During the Promotion Period, Entrants must:
1. Buy a Participating Product from Myer and take a photograph of it. The photograph must comply with the Entry Guidelines (set out

under Entry guidelines below).
2. Login or sign up to Facebook and connect to the Myer Facebook page (located at Facebook.com/myer.mystore). Your login and signing up to Facebook is subject to the Facebook terms and conditions.
3. “Like” the Myer Facebook page and click on the “Myer Super Stocktaker” application. Once Entrants land on the “Myer Super Stocktaker” Facebook tab, they are required to:
a) Click on the link to “Submit your best buy” and enter the following entry information:
i) Entrants Email Address
ii) Brand name of Participating Purchase purchased at Myer
iii) Description of Participating Purchase purchased at Myer
iv) Tell us in 50 words or less why you should be awarded the Myer Super Stocktaker
v) List the price that you paid for the item at Myer
vi) Tell us the name of the Myer store where you made your Participating Purchase
vii) Attach your image of your Participating Purchase (maximum 4MB)
b) Tick the box to say you have read and understood the Terms and Conditions of the Promotion.
c) Submit your entry.
d) Review your entry as it appears in the gallery.
e) “Allow” Myer access to your profile information.
f) If you like, share your entry with friends and encourage them to vote for you.
The Promoter will continually monitor the content of the Promotion and reserves the right not to accept or display on the Myer Super Stocktaker and the Myer Facebook page (Website), and to remove from the Website, any materials submitted (including any information, comments and images provided, entered or uploaded as a part of this Promotion) at its sole discretion. Any Entry Materials containing inappropriate, distasteful or offensive material may be refused to be accepted or displayed on the Website by the Promoter or removed from the Website at anytime. The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify any Entries at its sole discretion.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion including without limitation to, the use or

suspected use of:
a) Fake or multiple Facebook profiles;
b) Facebook accounts using disposal email accounts such as YOPmail are not allowed;
c) Offering any type of compensation (monetary or otherwise) in exchange for votes;
d) Using 'Vote Exchange' forums; using robotic or automatic devices; or
e) Entrants cannot vote for their own Entry. Entrants suspected of voting for themselves will have their Entry disqualified and all votes for that Entry will be voided.
The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspects of the Promotion, including content display on the Website and disqualification, is final and binding on all Entrants and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entry Materials
The Entry Materials must comply with the following Entry Guidelines:
• The Entrant must personally take the photograph of the Participating Purchase.
• The photograph must be no larger than 4MB.
• The photograph must feature a Participating Product and no other items.
• The Entry Materials must be a true representation of the Participating Product and the price paid or any savings made.
• If the photograph of the Participating Product includes a person, it must be of the Entrant (who must be over 18 years old). The Entry Materials must not misrepresent the identity of the Entrant.
• Entries must be the original independent creation of the Entrant and free from any claims including copyright or trademark infringement of a third party.
• The Winner agrees that they will not sell or otherwise provide their Entry, story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation. The Winner also consents to the Promoter publishing in any medium the winning Entry details.
• The Entry Materials must not be offensive, defamatory or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate material or infringe any third party rights.
• The Entry Materials must not objectify men, women or children in an inappropriate manner, be sexual or contain offensive gestures.
• The Entry Materials must not promote or condone violence or

vilify sexuality or nudity that would contravene prevailing community standards.
• All Entry Materials (including photos) become and remain the property of the Promoter upon submission, including if an Entry is withdrawn or disqualified.
• Entrants may elect to have their Entry withdrawn from the Promotion at any time during the Promotional Period if they no longer wish to participate as an Entrant, and the Promoter will remove their Entry Materials from the Website within a reasonable time from receiving the request. All requests for removal of an Entry must be provided in writing and signed by the Entrant. All votes received up to the time when the Entry Materials are removed will be forfeited, and the Entrant will no longer be eligible for any prizes in the Promotion.

Verification Requirements
Winners will be required to verify their identity, provide photographic proof of age, and provide proof of purchase in the form of a Myer receipt. The proof of purchase will be used to verify that the product featured in the Winner’s Entry is a Participating Product.
Judging Criteria
There are two separate judging criteria for each prize:
1. Judges Choice: A Myer judging panel will select the most original and creative Entry to be the “Myer Super Stocktaker Judges’ Choice” winner on 23 January 2012. Judging will take place at the Myer National Support Office, 800 Collins Street, Docklands Vic 3008.
2. People’s Choice: The Entrant whose Entry has the highest number of votes in the “Myer Super Stocktaker” competition at 22 January 2012 at 11.59pm will be the “Myer Super Stocktaker People’s Choice” winner. If more than one Entry has an equal highest number of votes, then those Entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) against the criteria of the “Myer Super Stocktaker” Judges Choice prize.
The following Entrants whose Entry has the highest number of votes will not be eligible to win:
a) Entrants who have created or are suspected to have created fake or multiple profiles to gain votes;
b) Entrants who have offered or are suspected to have offered any type of compensation (monetary or otherwise) in exchange for votes;
c) Entrants who have used or are suspected to have used 'Vote Exchange' forums to gain votes; or
d) Entrants who have used or are suspected to have used robotic or automatic devices to gain votes.

Prize Details
The Gift Card prizes may be provided in any denomination selected by Myer.
There is a total of two prizes for the competition:
1. Judges’ Choice: At the end of the promotion the Entry which is deemed by a panel of judges nominated by the Promoter to be the most original and creative Entry will be the “Myer Super Stocktaker Judges’ Choice” winner. This winner will receive a $1,000 Myer Gift Card.
2. People’s Choice: The Entry with the highest number of votes from Facebook users at the end of the Promotion will be the “Myer Super Stocktaker People’s Choice” winner. This winner will receive a $1,000 Myer Gift Card.
Prize Restrictions (if any)
Gift Cards are to be treated like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Publication Dates
The winners will be announced on the Myer Facebook page (Facebook.com/myer.mystore) on 31 January 2012.
Prize Claim Date
30 March 2012.
Claim Instructions
The Prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address. The winner may be required to activate the Myer Gift Card in accordance with instructions from the Promoter.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If either of the prizes remain unclaimed by 30 March 2012, the Promoter will award each prize in the following manner
1. Judges Choice: The Judging Panel will award the ‘Myer Super Stocktaker Judges Choice’ winner to the Entry they deem to be the second most creative and original Entry in the “Myer Super Stocktaker” competition.
2. Peoples Choice: the Promoter will award the ‘Myer Super Stocktaker’ people’s choice prize to the Entry that received the second highest number of votes in the “Myer Super Stocktaker” competition.
If more than one Entry has an equal second highest number of

votes, then those Entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) against the criteria of the “Myer Super Stocktaker Judges Choice” prize.
The second chance winner will be notified by email on 5 April 2012.
