As a proud supporter of Flickerfest, Dendy is giving you the chance to win 5 double passes to see Flickerfest at Bondi Pavilion from the 6th- 15th January. Tickets are available for your choice of a 4.30pm or 6.45pm session and are valued at $32.

This competition is open for entries from 29/11/2011 to 4/01/2012 and is available to Club Dendy Adult, Club Dendy Senior, Club Dendy Student, Subscriber.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.
3. Entries close 4th January 2012. Eligible entries MUST be completed in full. Only one entry per person permitted. Entries must be entered online and include a valid email address. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, literary and creative merits. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts from Dendy Head Office on 4th January 2012.
4. The entries judged correct and most deserving, as determined by the judges, will win a double pass to one 4.30pm or 6.45 session of Flickerfest at Bondi Pavilion with a total value of $32 per prize and total prize pool of $32. There are 10 prizes available and they cannot be broken up and redeemed in parts or separately. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products or services. The prize contains tickets only for one session and does not cover transport or flights.
5. The promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of the competition. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in these competitions.
6. Winners will be notified by telephone OR e-mail within one week of the judge’s decision.
7. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office.
