Such request for termination of participation will constitute an opt-out as regards communications from AussiePrizes.com. However, third parties (including Advertisers) may continue to contact you if you previously indicated that they could. In order to opt-out from such third party communications (and/or withdraw from an Optional Offer you have participated in), you will need to exercise the opt-out function on their communications or otherwise contact them.
2.In case of your breaching this Agreement through "spoofing", "gaming" or in any other way circumventing this Agreement through the application of technology, we may terminate or suspend your participation immediately and without notice. We may decide in our reasonable discretion that, as a consequence of your actions, you will be removed from any competition you have entered.
3.For the avoidance of doubt, use of the Service or entry into competitions may give you the option to, or require you to participate in offers or promotions from third parties ("Affiliate Offers"). When you participate in an Affiliate Offer, you enter into a contract with the relevant Affiliate. Delivery of Product
All orders are mailed to the address provided by the user at the time the user enters the competition. It is a user's responsibility to verify that the address provided is correct. Intela is not responsible for lost orders stemming from incorrect shipping addresses, theft, or erroneous deliveries. In the event that a situation arises necessitating package forwarding, Intela is in no way responsible for ensuring delivery.

1.If a user does not receive a product, he or she should make sure that they have waited the appropriate time period and confirm that the shipping address given is indeed correct. In the event that an item is lost, Intela will make a reasonable effort to track the package and replace it if necessary.

Accounts.

Users are allowed to create a unique account with each referral-based site, as all of these sites are not linked together. Users are not allowed to have multiple accounts within a single site. 2.AussiePrizes.com is an Australian site and unless otherwise stated all competitions are open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
3.No purchase necessary.
4.Any one competition may be promoted over several different websites simultaneously and may be promoted by reference to different prizes of the same value. However, even with different websites and/or different promotional offers, prize candidates are placed in the same pool. For a full list of the promotions comprising a particular competition, see the link on the promotion's home page.
5.Entries are made by filling in the appropriate online form. Individuals may have multiple entries in the competition by entering multiple AussiePrizes.com promotions, but multiple entries for the same promotion will be discounted. Entries including false details will be disregarded as will any that are automated or mechanically made. Entries must be submitted within the advertised time limits. Intela reserves the right to reject any entry on reasonable grounds.

7.Winners will be selected at random by computer. competitions will be conducted at the time and date advertised on the promotion's homepage. 8.There is no minimum or maximum number of entrants for any competition. The chances of any particular entrant winning a competition depend on the total number of entrants for that competition. Unclaimed prizes will be retained for a minimum period of 3 months at which point Intela will, subject to any laws or regulations requiring a different course of action, conduct a re-draw of the prize or prizes.

10.All prizes are subject to availability. Should any prize be unavailable, a prize of no lesser value will be substituted at Intela's sole discretion.
