1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of the conditions of entry. 2. Participation in this
competition confirms your acceptance of all terms and conditions of entry. 3. Entry is only open to
residents of Australia, aged 18 or over, who purchase one of the January “Pharmacy Best Buys” advertised
products in one transaction, excluding all Schedule 2 (Pharmacy Medicines) and Schedule 3 (Pharmacist
Only Medicine), from participating “Pharmacy Best Buys” pharmacies. Employees and their immediate
families of the Promoter, participating pharmacies and its agencies associated with this promotion are
ineligible to enter. 4. To enter, complete the entry forms found in store and place it in the entry box
found in store. For the entry to be valid, the official entry form must include the name of the entrant,
permanent address, phone number, product purchased, proof of purchase, staff name and pharmacy
name where product purchased. Validation and identification must be shown if requested. 5. For the
entry to be valid, the official entry form must not have been tampered with in any way. The form must not
have been made illegible, re-issued, mutilated, altered, stamped paid, marked void, stolen, misprinted,
counterfeit, re-constituted, defective as this will render it ineligible for a prize. 6. Multiple entries will be
accepted, but each transaction requires a separate entry form and proof of purchase. One entry form
will be awarded per eligible transaction. Each product purchased may only be used to enter the major
prize draw once. 7. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any
entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
Conditions of Entry. 8. Entry into the January Promotion is only valid from participating tagged “Pharmacy
Best Buys” pharmacies during the advertised period. 9. Promotion commences Monday January 9th,
2012. Entries close 5pm, AEST Sunday January 22nd, 2012. The final date for submissions of entries
is Sunday January 22nd, 2012. The draw will take place at 12 noon, Wednesday February 8th, 2012,
at the offices of Australian Pharmaceutical Industries Limited: 885 Mountain Highway, Bayswater, VIC
3153. 10. One winner from each of NSW/ACT, VIC/TAS, SA/NT, QLD, and WA will be drawn and notified
by phone and mail. All winners’ names will be published in “The Australian” on Friday 17th February
2012. 11. The January prize is a $1,000 Coles Express Gift Card. Total Prize pool value is $5,000. 12.

consents to the information they submit with their entry being stored by the Promoter for the duration of

The Promoter is bound to comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and a request to access, update or correct
any information should be directed to Promoter’s office. 19. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the
entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film,
and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without remuneration for the purpose of
promoting this competition. 20. All entries become the property of the promoter, and will only be used for
the purposes of this competition. Entries will not be returned to the entrants. Judges decision in relation
