Ex-cop turned wanted fugitive Nick Cassidy (Sam Worthington) threatens to jump off the ledge of a high rise New York building, while negotiator Lydia Anderson (Elizabeth Banks) attempts to talk to him down. However, all is not as it seems, and as the plot unravels it’s discovered that there is a more sinister motive at hand. In order to prove his innocence, Nick must orchestrate a heist of a 30 million dollar diamond he was accused of stealing and gain Lydia's trust - all while standing on a ledge.
