GIVEAWAY - A big congratulations to a good friend of Sanity's Adam Harvey, who last night at the 40th Country Music Awards Of Australia took home the Golden Guitar for Album Of The Year for his fantastic album Falling Into Place!

To celebrate Sony Music Australia have kindly given us 5 copies of the winning album to giveaway! To enter simply email competitions@sanity.com.au with your full name, address & email subject ADAM by midnight 30th January! We'll randomly pick 5 winners on Tuesday morning. Good luck!

The Sanity Facebook page is meant to provide a safe haven for fans to discuss Sanity products, services and promotions. Sanity Entertainment does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statements or product claims made here, nor endorses any opinions expressed within this section by users.

Though Sanity does monitor every posting on the Facebook page, Sanity expects that users will not post material that falls into the following categories and reserve the right to remove postings that are:

Sanity will promote it's giveaways and competitions on the Facebook page and each will adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. These terms and conditions apply to any prize giveaway Sanity elects to run ("Promotion"). The Promoter is Sanity Music Stores Pty Ltd, ABN 61 072 187 298, 36-48 Ashford Avenue, Milperra, NSW, 2214

2. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

3. Entry is only open to persons who:
(a) are residents of Australia or New Zealand;
(b) like the sanity.com.au Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/sanityonline)

4. Employees of Sanity Entertainment and its associated retail brands, fulfilment partners and their immediate families are not eligible for entry.

5. To enter the Promotion, Eligible Persons must, within the Promotional Period, email competitions@sanity.com.au with their full name, address, the email subject code mentioned in the Facebook post and a 25 words or less answer to the question posted in the Facebook post. Only one entry is valid per person. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed, IT errors or not completed properly, and such entries may not go into the prize draw for the Promotion.

6. Our judges will review the entries once and will select a winners based on the merit of the entries received.

7. The specific number of winners will vary from competition to competition and this will be communicated in the Facebook post. 8. Winners will be notified via the email they submitted their entry via and will be by the date communicated in the Facebook post.

9. The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable.
