It then says entries close at noon on December 1 and tickets will be posted BUT this is in a magazine dated 31st Jan so I think they just havent updated the closing date - I have guessed at a closing date. This is a monthly magazine which is distributed free in the Redlands Qld area so while I cant find any T & Cs is expect you have to live in the area to apply.
