1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia except employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its agencies associated with this promotion.

3. Entries close 5pm 29 February 2012. Eligible entries MUST be completed in full. Only one entry per person permitted. Entries must be entered online and include a valid email address. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on originality, literary and creative merits. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Entries will be judged by a panel of experts from Icon Films on Thursday 1 March 2012.

4. The entry judged most deserving, as determined by the judges, will win 2 nights accommodation at any Vibe Hotel across Australia ($740 RRP) and 12 x Acclaim DVDs value at $14.95 each RRP, with a total prize value of $919.40 RRP. In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, a winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by Vibe then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of that element. Prize is not refundable, non-endorsable or non-transferable.  Bookings are subject to availability and seasonal embargo periods apply. Vibe Hotels Prize is for two consecutive night’s accommodation for two adults in a guest room at any Vibe Hotel across Australia and does not include any extra charges (i.e., mini-bar, in-house movie, telephone usage, etc).  Bookings should be made in advance to avoid disappointment. All prizes are subject to availability.  Additional spending money, meals, insurance, taxes, passports, visas, travel to and from Vibe and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner.  Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover any incidentals incurred throughout the stay. Prize is valid for six months from date of draw.
