www.aprescoast.com.au Entry into any of the competitions posted on aprescoast.com.au/uggexperience during the below outlined periods constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All Times refer to AEDT.
All Dollar amounts reference $AUD.
Entry is open to Australian residents only. Employees and agents (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, True Alliance and Après Coast along with the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Entrants must be over 18 years of age at the time of the draw of the competition/s.
To enter each and all of the competitions listed below, participants must register online at Aprescoast.com.au/uggexperience; and provide their full name and email address.
By entering the promotion, and forming a database the entrant consents to receive emails regarding the promotion from the Promoter and or Après Coast and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoter’s other promotions, products, and events.
You will have the option to unsubscribe should you chose.
No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition/s.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
Details of the winner and their entries will be displayed on the website and in Stores. See each competition’s details below for specific dates/times.
Additionally all winners’ names will be published in The Australian newspaper, public notices, on Saturday 16th June., 2012
The winner must claim his/her prize within 90 days of being notified. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
All unclaimed prizes will be re drawn after 90 days from the last, 3rd and final competition- on Monday 4th September, 2012 at 10am.
The re draw will take place at True Alliance, 19 O’Riordan St Alexandria, NSW 2015, and will be advertised in the Australian Newspaper on Saturday the 22nd September, 2012
It is the winners’ responsibility to provide accurate contact details
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries at any time during or after the promotional period, and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable, refundable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value.
In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to prizes or vouchers in transit;
Any expenses incurred as a result of entering in or winning any of the prizes is the responsibility of the winner, including transport to and from the Stores and hotels, airports or events.
The Promoter and/ or the associated retailer will not be liable for personal injury suffered while wearing, using or participating in prize winnings, including allergic reactions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;
b. purported entries that are not received for any reason, including because they were incorrectly uploaded or misdirected, or that are received, but are late, illegible, incomplete, or sent other than as directed in the entry instructions;
c. any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
d. the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
e. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g. any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant’s or any other person’s computer or smart phone related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.
If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual, who tampers with the entry process,
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer or phone equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Promoter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

Competition 1: HOW MUCH DO YOU LOVE UGG®?Express your love for UGG® Australia in 25 words or less and win 1 of 5 Footwear and Accessory gift packs, each valued at over $500.

Competition Closes: Monday 12th March, 2012, at 12pm midday

(a) Read and accept these terms and conditions;

The prize value is an estimated minimum RRP dollar amount
This is a competition based on skill in relation to the best response to “Share why you love UGG Australia?” with the best 5 (five) entrants responses deemed the winners.
Chance plays no part in determining the winners.
Each valid entry received during the promotion period will be submitted for judging.
The winning responses will be judged based on their creative merit, originality, and suitability of the promotion incorporating style and fashion elements where possible, however not essential.
The winning responses will be judged by the National Marketing Manager of UGG Australia. Judging will take place at the Promoters premises during the 5 working days after the competition closes.
The winners will be notified by email and their names and winning entries will be posted on the website and displayed in stores on Tuesday the 20th March 2012 after 12pm midday.
The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will also be contacted via email, and upon providing their shoe size and a preferred mailing address, will be posted their prize packs within a month from notification date, unless unforeseen circumstances prevail.
The winners will receive an UGG Australia gift pack containing but not limited to, Accessories, product care kits, key rings and a pair of shoes or boots (selected by UGG Australia), once the size has been provided.
All elements of the prizes are subject to availability.
The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted in any manner and for any purpose at its absolute discretion, including using the entries for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant. Competition Prizes: 4 x $1000 (weekly drawn) gift vouchers, redeemable for UGG® Australia product
Total prize pool: $4000 (4 draws over 4 weeks)
To enter, entrants must:
(a) Read and accept these terms and conditions;
(b) Log onto aprescoast.com.au/uggexperience, supply your full name and email address; and
(c) Vote for their favorite shoe, by selecting one of the 5 options provided on the website
There will be 4 separate weekly draws: each commencing on the below dates:
1 Comp. one: Tuesday 27th March at 12 noon
2 Comp. Two: Tuesday 3rd April, 2012 at 12 noon
3 Comp. Three: Tuesday 10th April, 2012 at 12 noon
4 Comp. Four: Tuesday 17th April, 2012 at 12 noon
Each weekly competition closes on the below dates and times:

The 1 (one) weekly winners will be selected at random on each of the below 4 dates and times:

This shoe images within this competition will change weekly prior to the commencement of each new competition (thus there will be 4 chances to win).
This is a chance of luck draw competition, not based on skill.
The winners will notified by email within 48 hours.
Details of the weekly winner will be displayed on the website and in Stores within 48 hours of drawing.
The Gift Vouchers expire on 31st December 2012.
The vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer.

Upload a photo of yourself, wearing your favourite pair of UGG Australia shoes for a your chance to win the Ultimate UGG Experience
Competition Starts: Tuesday 8th May 2012, at 12pm midday
Competition closes: Monday 4th June 2012, at 5pm
Competition Prize: A winter weekend city escape for 2, including 2 nights’ Accommodation in a 5 Star Hotel including; drinks on arrival, daily breakfast, parking and spa treatments* PLUS $2000 to spend at Après Coast during your stay, redeemable on UGG® Australia product
Total prize pool: $4000
*The winner will receive a gift voucher, valued at $2000 - redeemable for all services offered by the Hotel, in accordance with their specific Terms and Conditions.
We have simply suggested options that could be chosen by the winner, when booking their accommodation and inclusions.

The winner, and his or her guests (if any), may be required to sign and return any liability release and indemnity provided by the Promoter and/or its contractors as a condition of a prize being awarded. Failure to return the signed releases and indemnities may result in the entitlement to the prize being forfeited and the selection of another winner.
Redemption of the prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions and guidelines of the accommodation venue and the activity service provider.
The onus is on the winner to book and confirm the above mentioned accommodation prize, within the time and conditions specified on the voucher
All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part).
If the winner is unable to fulfil the prize during the specified time period, the winner forfeits the prize package with no compensation or further liability of the promoter.
If the prize or portion of the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State Regulation.
