During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Prize cannot be separated into different holiday vacations. The winner and their prize companions are responsible for any further costs associated with redeeming a prize which are not otherwise specified in these Conditions, including but not limited to, additional food and beverage expenses, additional entertainment and/or miscellaneous expenses. For the avoidance of doubt, no "spending money" is included in a prize. The cost of any travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner and their prize companions. Air tickets are available on the regular scheduled services of each airline and are subject to seasonal embargos. Flight itinerary may have to be adjusted depending on the airlines departure city and their current flight schedule. All travel is subject to availability at all times and maybe dependent on select seat class with airlines. Travel is valid for specific dates as outlined. Winner and their prize companions are responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed. Any other ancillary costs not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and their prize companions. Frequent Flyer points are not available from any airline. Travel suppliers/airlines to be chosen at Promoter's discretion. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges. The Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2012 Toyota AFL Grand Final and is subject to booking and flights availability and the. Flights and accommodation are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for other destinations or cash. No changes allowed. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow the winner or his/her companions to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the Promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that the winner or his/her companions are not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. The ticket elements of the prize are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companion/s) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
