Information on how to enter, Major Prize, Daily Prizes, and Woolworths Discount Voucher form part of these conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be valid.
Entry is open to residents of Australia who have a registered facebook account. Employees and their immediate families of Reckitt Benckiser (Australia) Pty Ltd ("Promoter"), participating retailers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. If an entrant is under the age of 18 they must obtain prior consent from their parent or legal guardian to enter and the parent or legal guardian may be required to verify the granting of consent and/or sign a release at the discretion of the Promoter. Failure of an entrant's parent or legal guardian to verify consent and/or sign a release under this clause will invalidate the entrant's claim and entry. If the winner of the Major Prize is under the age of 18, the Major Prize will be awarded to the winner's parent or guardian.

Play the ‘Get the Look Game’ by selecting 3 of the best looks by clicking on the corresponding model (“Game”) up to 2 times. Each time an entrant plays the Game, the entrant receives one chance to instantly win one of the Daily Prizes or Woolworths Discount Voucher ("Instant Win Draw").
'Share' the promotional link when requested after playing the Game twice for a further two chances to play the Game.
At the end of the fourth Game (in accordance with 3(e) above), the Promotional Website will invite the entrant to enter into the Major Prize draw. To enter into the Major Prize draw, the entrant must submit all personal details requested on the form and submit it during the Promotional Period. Only one entry into the Major Prize draw is permitted per person during the Promotional Period.
Entrants will be notified immediately if they are a winner of the Instant Win Draw and must submit all personal details requested to claim the Daily Prize or Woolworths Discount Voucher.
If entrant wins a Daily Prize or has played the Game four (4) times in accordance with clause 3 (d) and (e), the entrant cannot play the Game again for a 24 hour period ("Lockout Period"). After the Lockout Period, the entrant can play the Game again in accordance with clause 3 (d) and (e).
The Promotion Period commences at 9:00am AEST on 4 April 2012 and
finishes at 5:00pm AEST on 1 May 2012 ("Promotional Period").

The total maximum prize pool is $9,954.44.The Major Prize is a $995.00 Westfield gift voucher ("Major Prize").
The total prize pool value for the Instant Win Draw is $8,959.44, consisting of 28 x $100.00 Country Road gift vouchers, 56 x $50.00 Myer gift vouchers, 56 x $50.00 David Jones gift vouchers (together, "Daily Prizes") and 168 x Woolworths discount vouchers, each voucher providing 30% off Vanish Napisan Gelcaps (valued at $3.33) ("Woolworths Discount Voucher").
There will be 5 Daily Prizes and 6 Woolworths Discount Vouchers awarded each day for the Instant Win Draw, as follows:

2 x $50 Myer gift vouchers
2 x $50 David Jones gift vouchers
6 x Woolworths Discount Voucher
Instant Win Draw prizes will be randomly selected and allocated by a computerised electronic system at the end of each Game played. Instant Win Draw winners will be notified immediately on screen at the time of entry. Once the Instant Win Draw prizes have been allocated for the particular day, there will be no further Instant Win Draw prizes awarded until the following day.
At the end of the Promotional Period, if any Instant Win Draw prizes have not been awarded or are unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at the same place and using the same entrant pool as the unclaimed prize draw for the Major Prize at 3:00pm AEST on 2 August 2012. The Instant Win Draw prizes winners from the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw.
Printing and other quality control errors will not invalidate an otherwise valid Instant Win Draw claim.
Unless otherwise due to fraud or ineligibility under these terms and conditions, all Instant Win Draw claims in excess of the advertised Instant Win Draw pool will be honoured.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Any incorrect details submitted may render the corresponding entry invalid.
The draw for the Major Prize will take place at 3:00pm AEST on 2 May 2012 at Suite 2, Level 2, 2-12 Foveaux Street, Surry Hills, 2010, Sydney, NSW, Australia. The first valid entry drawn will receive the Major Prize. The Promoter may draw additional entries ("Reserve Entries") and record them in the order drawn in case an original drawn winner is ineligible or a winner does not claim the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason whatsoever the Major Prize winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the Major Prize will be forfeited by the Major Prize winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu.
The Promoter shall not be liable for Major Prize or any Instant Win Prize that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
Redemption of the Major Prize and Instant Win Prize is subject to any terms and conditions specified on the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize, including the period during which the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize must be used, and to the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize issuer's standard terms and conditions.
Any costs in excess of the (GST inclusive) value of the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize and all ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. If the cost of the prize requested by the winner is less than the value of the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize, the balance of the value of the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize will not be awarded as cash.
The Major Prize winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. The name of the Major Prize winner will be published in The Australian on 9 May 2012. Instant Prize Winners will be notified instantly on screen.
If necessary, an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 2 August 2012 for the at the same time and place as the original Major Prize draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. The Major Prize Winner will be notified by email within 2 days of the draw. The Major Prize winner’s name will be published in The Australian on 9 July 2012.
Major Prize or Instant Win Prize are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications.
In the event that the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize with a prize of equal or greater value unless to do so would be prohibited by law and subject to any written directions from the various regulatory authorities.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and residential address) and any other information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose decision is final. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these conditions of entry or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
Nothing in these terms and conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify any statutory consumer guarantees or any implied condition or warranty the exclusion of which from these terms and conditions would contravene any statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void ("Non-Excludable Guarantees"). Subject to the limitations in the preceding sentence, the Promoter excludes from these terms and conditions all conditions, warranties and terms implied by statute, general law or custom. Except for liability in relation to a Non Excludable Guarantee, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability whether arising in tort (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise, for any personal injury or any other loss or damage (including without limitation loss of opportunity or loss of profits); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, without limitation, the following:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any entry or claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
any tax implications;
any variation in reward value to that stated in these terms and conditions;
any tax liability incurred by a successful claimant or entrant and/or
the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize or use of the Major Prize or Instant Win Prize.
The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or for any loss, damage or injury as a result of technical or telecommunications problems, including security breaches. If such problems arise, then the Promoter may (where necessary with the approval of the relevant lottery authority) disqualify any entrant and/or modify, cancel, terminate or suspend the promotion.
If for any reason whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the promotion is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, unless to do so would be prohibited by law, to (a) disqualify any entrant; and/or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to cancel, suspend, modify, terminate or cancel the Promotion.
Any costs associated with accessing the Promotional Website are the entrant's responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used.
