BINGLE ‘WATCH THE TIGERS IN STYLE’ PROMOTION
Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
The Promoter is Bingle.com Pty Ltd (ABN 93 121 114 574, AR No. 312546) Level 11, 447 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000. Bingle is an authorised representative of Australian Associated Motor Insurers Ltd (AAMI) (ABN 92 004 791 744, AFSL 238173), the issuer of Bingle comprehensive car insurance.
Entry is open to residents of Victoria over the age of 18. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, participating outlets and the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

Fully and correctly complete the competition entry form available at the Bingle marquee on Richmond Football Club’s Family Day 11th March 2012 or at one of the Before the Pounce events on 22nd April 2012, 13th May 2012 or 26th May 2012, including providing their full name, postcode, phone number and current and valid email address and deposit the completed entry form in the entry box located at the Bingle marquee at the applicable event; or

www.binglecomps.com.au (Promotional Website) and fully and correctly complete and submit the online entry form, including providing their full name, postcode, phone number and current and valid email address. Entry via the Promotional Website will not be available until 1st April 2012; or
Agree to the use and disclosure by the Promoter, of their information for the purposes specified in these Conditions of Entry, including without limitation those contained in the Privacy Statement in Condition 17.
Competition commences on 11th March 2012 at 12.01am and closes on 26th May 2012 at 11.59pm (EST) (the “Competition Period”).
The prize draw will take place at 12:00 pm (AEDT) on 7th June 2012 at Contact Management Associates (VIC) Pty Ltd, 92-94 Tope Street, South Melbourne VIC 3205. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using contact details provided in their entry. The winner’s name will be published in The Australian on 21st June 2012. Bingle's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
The first valid and eligible entry drawn from all entries received will receive:
four (4) tickets to attend the Richmond President’s Function for the Richmond vs. North Melbourne AFL match at the MCG on Sunday 22nd July 2012 (RRP $375 each);
four (4) official Richmond Football Club guernseys (RRP $115 each);
The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash and if for any reason whatsoever, a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize to another prize of the same or greater value, subject to any applicable State rules and regulations.
Entrants may invite friends or relatives to enter the promotion via the Promotional website. To invite friends or relatives, Entrants must submit their friends’ or relatives’ names and email addresses (and any other required information) in the manner required and where indicated when submitting the online entry form. Entrants who invite friends or relatives to enter the promotion will gain one (1) additional entry into the promotion for each friend/relative they invite in the required manner up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries. The operation of the referral mechanic outlined above is subject to the Spam Act 2003. An Entrant may refer a particular friend or relative only once during the Promotional Period and Entrants who have already entered the promotion cannot be referred as friends or relatives by a subsequent Entrant. Each Entrant’s relative or friend nominated must be a Victorian resident and be aged 18 years or older. Each Entrant warrants that any and each friend or relative that they nominate is known to them personally and that such persons have consented to receiving commercial electronic messages from the Promoter.
Entrants are limited to up to a maximum of ten (10) entries into the promotion: a maximum of one (1) entry via either of entry mechanics stated in Condition 4b, up to a maximum of four (4) entries, only one (1) per event, via the Bingle marquee stated in Condition 4a and up to a maximum of five (5) additional entries via the online referral mechanic stated in Condition 9.
The use of any automated entry software or any mechanical, electronic or other means that allows an Entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that Entrant invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. Within 2 days of the prize draw, the winner will be notified in writing of the prize they have won. In the event that the winner is unable to be contacted, and all methods of communication are unsuccessful, unclaimed prizes will be dealt with as prescribed by the law of Victoria and these Conditions of Entry. The prize remains the property of the Promoter until claimed by the prize winner.
Bingle may conduct a further draw at the same time and place as the original draw on 5th July 2012 in order to award the prize, if unclaimed by that date. The winner in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone and in writing using contact details provided in their entry. The winner’s name will be published in The Australian on 19th July 2012.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, liability, loss or damage arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these conditions of entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; (f) participation in the promotion and/or (g) redemption of any of the prizes.
This includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.
Promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed to be received at the time of deposit into the entry box at the Bingle marquee or at the time of receipt of the web entry into the Promotion database and NOT time of transmission by the entrant.
The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this competition, or for any technical error that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
All entries become the property of the Promoter (Bingle). The collection, use and disclosure of personal information in connection with this competition are governed by the Privacy Act (Cth) 1988. By entering the competition, the entrant understands and agrees that the Promoter collects their personal information in order to conduct the promotion as well as obtain information about the entrant’s insurance arrangements. The entrant also understands and agrees that the primary purpose of collecting information about the entrant’s insurance arrangements is to enable the Promoter to contact the entrant at a later date (by any means including but not limited to telephone, mail and SMS) to market and promote its products and services to the entrant.
If the information requested is not provided, or the entrant does not consent to their personal information being used for this purpose, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering this promotion, the entrant understands and agrees that the Promoter may disclose the information provided by the entrant to the State lottery department (if necessary), publish the winner’s name as required under relevant lottery legislation (if necessary), as well as use the information for further promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. An entrant’s personal information is collected, used and disclosed by the Promoter in accordance with these Conditions of Entry and the Bingle Online Terms of Use & Privacy Statement.
