Entry is open to Australian residents only except employees of Bubs Baby Shops and associated sponsors or related companies. No multiple entries. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is taken for any variation in the final prizes awarded. All information becomes the property of Bubs Baby Shops and may be used for future marketing. The winners hereby agree to allow the organisers to publish the winners’ names and winning descriptions in printed media, radio, internet or email. All participants and winners indemnify the organiser, its advertising agencies, advisers, suppliers and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or loss howsoever arising including but not limited to wilful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from the participation in this competition. In the event of any dispute whatsoever, the decision of the judge is final and no correspondence will be entered into. All prizes supplied by Bubs Baby Shops are awarded ‘as is’ with no warranties and freight will not be reimbursed for items with no warranties. If no contact from the winner is made within 21 days from the draw date, they forfeit the prize and it may be redrawn at Bubs Baby Shops discretion.
myBubs Monthly Competition
Total published prize pool is $1499.85. Competition begins 12:01am AEST 1 March 2012 and will be drawn on the first day of every month, or the next working day where the last day falls on a weekend or Public Holiday. Winners will be notified by email and will be posted on our Competition Winners page within 1 week of the competition draw.
To be eligible to enter the draw you must register on mybubs and enter into our online competition entry. Winners will be able to nominate a store in which to pickup the prize within 21 days. If the winner wishes for the prize to be delivered to their nominated address in Australia, a frieght charge will apply which is the responsibility of the winner.
