Terms and Conditions
1. The Promoter is TOEA PTY LTD ACN 010 120 966 trading as
Carrara Markets, Corner Gooding Drive and Manchester Road,
Carrara Qld 4211.
2. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms
and Conditions.
3. Entry to the competition is free and no purchase is necessary.
4. It is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over.
5. All Carrara Market Stallholder operators, owners and their staff,
are not eligible to enter.
6. The promotion commences at 7am on Saturday 5
th
May 2012 and
ends 4pm Sunday 13
th
May 2012.
7. To enter the promotion, participants must submit their personal
details including first name, last name, e-mail address and
contact number (optional) via the entry form.
8. Entry forms are printed in The Sun Newspaper 2

May. An entry form is also
contained in the Mothers Day Booklet distributed at the markets
during the promotional period.
9. Entry forms can also be printed from online sources via the
Carrara Markets facebook page and website. An entry form can
also be obtained via the QR code located at the entry box
locations.
10. Entry forms sent by mail will not be accepted. Only entry forms
placed in the entry boxes on-site at Carrara Markets during the
promotional period will be accepted.
11. Entry boxes are located in two locations at Carrara Markets – In
the Big Shed near Costume Creations and in the Shed near
Luke’s Reptile Kingdom
12. Entry boxes are only accessible during market opening times,
during the promotional period. This is 7am to 4pm 05/05/12-
07/05/12 and 7am to 4pm 12/05/12-13/05/12. Entry boxes are not
accessible outside of these days/time.
13. By entering the competition, all entrants agree to be subscribed to
the Carrara Markets database. Entrants have the ability to
unsubscribe to the database via the option provided on all enewsletters.
14. All valid entries will go into a random draw, which will take place at
11am Monday 14th May 2012 at the Carrara Market’s
Management Office.
15. The first 50 legible entries drawn will be deemed as winners.
16. The maximum total value of the Prize Pool is AU$5,000.
17. Each winner will receive $100 in Carrara Markets shopping
vouchers. Vouchers are valid for 12 months and are not
refundable or transferable for cash.
18. The winners will be notified on Monday 14th May 2012 via
email. The winners’ names will also be published on
www.carraramarkets.com.au for a period of three months.
19. Winners must collect their prize from Carrara Markets and
produce photo identification.
14. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any
discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances
as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and
binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will
be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to
change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly
submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
16. Winners in this competition agree that their identity may be
disclosed in winner announcements via the Carrara Market’s
website, facebook page and/or twitter page.
