RACQ Inala is relocating as of Monday 18 June 2012, to Inala Plaza Shopping Centre, Shop 32B, 156 Inala Avenue, Inala.
This competition is a promotion run by RACQ Operations Pty Limited ABN 80 009 663 414 (“Promoter”).
Entries and information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions (“Terms”). Entries not completed in accordance with these Terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
The competition is open to residents of Queensland who are current RACQ members, RACQ Insurance customers and current Queensland residents who make a transaction at the RACQ Inala store shop 32B , Inala Plaza Shopping Centre,156 Inala Avenue, Inala, Queensland during the competition period , 18 June 2012 to 31 June 2012
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
The competition commences Monday 18 June 2011 and closes midnight 30 June 2012. The competition will be drawn at 10:00am on 2 July in the RACQ Inala store at Shop 32B, Inala Plaza Shopping Centre, 156 Inala Avenue, Inala, Queensland.
There will be one (1) winner in this competition that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Entrants can enter the competition in store at RACQ Inala store, Shop 32B, Inala Plaza Shopping Centre, 156 Inala Avenue, Inala, Queensland by making a transaction in store at RACQ Inala store, Shop 32B, Inala Plaza Shopping Centre, 156 Inala Avenue, Inala, Queensland and by providing, their first name, surname, RACQ Inala store transaction number and daytime telephone contact number at the end of the transaction. Entries must be received by 30 June 2012.
Entry forms will be kept locked in a secure box in the RACQ Inala store until when the competition is drawn.
Only one entry per transaction is permitted and only one prize will be awarded to the winner.
The winner will receive a Caltex fuel card valued at $250. The Caltex fuel card must be used by the expiry date listed on the back of the card. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date that the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
If a competition prize is not available at the time the competition is drawn, the member will be provided with a similar prize of the same or greater monetary value.
The winner will be notified by telephone using the number provided by the entrant. The prize will be sent to the winner via registered post within a month of the competition being drawn.
If the competition winner is unable to be contacted within 2 weeks of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 10am on Monday 16 July 2012 in the RACQ Inala store at Shop 32B, Inala Plaza Shopping Centre, 156 Inala Avenue, Inala, Queensland and the redraw winner will be notified by telephone.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
The information that entrants provide will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of administering the competition. By entering this competition entrants consent to the use of their contact details only for the purpose of notifying competition winners. The Promoter will not use or disclose entrant’s personal information to any third party in accordance with its privacy policy located at

If for any reason this competition is not capable of being conducted by the Promoter as intended, the Promoter may in its sole discretion, cancel, modify or suspend the competition, subject to the approval of the gaming authority in Queensland as may be required.
The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking the prize or entering into this competition. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability or any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss suffered to person or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter or its employees or agents, in connection with the arrangement for the supply, or the supply, of goods and services by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any persons accompanying the prize winner.
