Prizeapalooza Terms & Conditions May 2012 Instructions on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion will be deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.
The promotion is open to all residents of Australia. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.
The promotion commences 01/05/2012 and each individual prize draw will be open for exactly seven days from the time of launch.
This is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winners. Each entry will be individually judged based on the writing of their competition entry.
You may enter each competition only once. The person with the best entry determined by the judges will win each of the prizes offered.
The prizes will include shipping costs to the winners within Australia.
Entries not completed in accordance with the rules and conditions or received after the closing date will not be considered. Illegible or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. The judge’s decision in relation to all aspects of this competition is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
Prize valued in Australian dollars. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Where prize is awarded in the form of a voucher/letter/ ticket or pass, the Promoter shall not be liable for any voucher/letter/ ticket or pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
