In 25 words or less, tell us what YOU think really sets Spider-Man apart from all other super heroes? Is it his super powers? Is it his boy-next-door story? Or something else?
1.Entry into this promotion deems acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2.Entry is open to all members of the public who comply with the terms below. Entry is not open to employees of World’s Biggest Screens Pty Ltd and its associated entities or its suppliers, or their families. If participants are under 18 years of age they must first seek permission from a parental guardian.
3.The promotion is a game of skill and the winners will be judged on the quality of their entry. To be eligible to enter into the draw, you need to complete and submit an online entry form during the promotional period. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Competition commences at AEST 9.00am on 25 June 2012 and ends at 5.00pm AEST on 6 July 2012.
5. Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or tickets. Prize Packs are valued at $155.00 each and include official film merchandise: a t-shirt (one-size), notebook, pen and cap. Full mailing address must be given with entry form in order to be considered for a prize.
6. Winning entry will be drawn at 5.30pm AEST on 9 July 2012 at the IMAX Theatre Sydney, 31 Wheat Rd Darling Harbour Australia. The winner will be notified by via email, and the winner's name will be published on the IMAX website. If the prize is unclaimed, a redraw will take place at the above address at 12 noon AEST on 2 October 2011, subject to the relevant laws regarding unclaimed prizes. The winner will be notified via mail and the winner's name will be published on the IMAX website.
7.The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
8.All entries become the property of the promoter, IMAX Theatre Sydney.
9.The promoter and their associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss or damage what so ever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained, either directly or indirectly as a result of entering this promotion, or receiving, accepting or using any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded from law.
10.The promoter and their associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for lost, late, stolen, damaged or misdirected entries.
11.The decision of the promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned the promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the promotion including any prizes and these conditions of entry, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory, where relevant.
13.Personal information in relation to each entry may be collected on behalf of the promoter for the purposes for conducting this promotion and/or publishing the winner's details as required by law.
