10.  This is a promotion based on skill, with one major prize winner and five runners up picked based on their answer to the following question: In 25 words or less, “What would you rather: Epic back country with your own snow-ski OR a custom built park, all to yourself?” Answers will be judged on the following criteria: humour, creativity and originality of answer
11. Winners will be notified by email. The judge’s decision is final.
12. All competitions are conducted at 225 Burleigh Connection Rd, Burleigh Heads, QLD 4220.
13. Any additional expense incurred as a result of winning this prize is the responsibility of the winner.

14. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
a. Inaccurate / incorrect transcription of entry information;

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
