A person is ineligible to participate in the Competition and redeem any prizes if they have won a prize valued at $10,000 or more in any competition run by the Promoter 6 months prior to their Entry in this Competition.

The prize draw will take place between 10.30am and 11:30am (AEST) on Monday 9th July 2012 at Triple M Melbourne of 257 Clarendon St, South Melbourne, VIC 3205.
The draw will be an electronic random draw. The first valid entry drawn will be awarded the prize.
There will be one (1) prize.
The prize will consist of one (1) each of the following:
- One (1) x return economy class airfare for two (2) people from the winners closest capital city airport to Chicago, USA (winner + friend – must be 21 years) – travelling in September 2012.
Maximum Value: $7,000
- Three (3) x nights’ twin share accommodation at a Hotel in Chicago to be determined by the Promoter (minimum 3 Star Hotel)

- Two (2) x tickets to see the Offspring live in Chicago, USA in September 2012 – exact date and location of the concert to be determined by the Promoter

Contestants must be able to satisfy the requirements for entry into the USA.
USA Entry Conditions:
The Prize Winner and their travel companion must have a current passport, valid for a period of six (6) months past their expected stay in the USA. It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their accompanying guest to contact the Australian Passport Office to verify the status of their passport should they have any doubts.
It is the responsibility of the Prize Winner and their travel companion to complete the Electronic System for Travel Authorization, under the Visa Waiver Program. If there is a cost associated with this, it will be the responsibility of the winner and their guest to cover.
ESTA pre entry visa for USA not included and is mandatory to be completed online by individuals prior to departure.

Prize conditions:
It is the responsibility of the prize winner and their travelling companion to obtain the necessary travel insurance coverage, and to cover any associated costs themselves.
The exact travel dates and concert details will be determined by the Promoter at a later date.
There will be a domestic flight included as part of the prize in order to travel to the USA.
Prize winner and their travelling companion must be available to travel on the dates specified by the Promoter. If the prize winner and/or their travel companion is unavailable to travel on the specified dates, at the Promoter’s discretion the prize winner may forfeit their Prize and the Promoter may award the Prize to another Entrant in their place.
Accommodation is subject to change at the Promoter’s discretion.
Prize does not include anything other than what is listed in Item 11: Prize Details. Any additional costs, including but not limited to room service, internet use, phone use and mini bar, will need to be covered by the prize winner and/or their travel companion.
Prize winner and their accompanying travel companion must both not have criminal records or outstanding convictions against their name.
It is the prize winner’s and travel companion’s own responsibility to ensure they notify the Promoter, the airline, hotel and any other establishments associated with the Promotion and/or the Prize of any allergies they have.
Should the prize winner and/or their travel companion be refused entry into the USA for any reason, the Promoter does not take any responsibility and the person/s who was refused entry will not be compensated by the Promoter in any way.
Should any elements of the prize be changed, moved, cancelled or not available for any unforseen reason, the Promoter takes no responsibility and the prize winners and their travel companions will not be compensated.
All Prize Winners and travel companions will be required to carry valid photo identification with them at all times.
Prize Fulfilment:
All travel is subject to availability at all times and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with accommodation partner. Travel is valid for specific dates as determined by the Promoter.
No portion of the prize is redeemable for cash. The prize is not refundable or transferable. Winner and companion must be in possession of a valid passport with minimum of (6) six months validity on it prior to departure.
Winner is responsible for any amendments fees issued by airlines or suppliers once booking is confirmed and ticketed.
Visas, valid passports, additional spending money, meals and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance and any applicable insurance excesses, not listed in the travel prize package descriptions above are the responsibility of the travel prize winner and his/her nominated travelling companions as incurred.
It is the winner's responsibility to organise transport to/from the airport departure/return point.
Should the prize winner or their travel companion miss any of their transfers or travel arrangements they will be responsible for arranging alternative transfers.
Both the winner and their friend must be aged over the age of 21.
Prize winners will be required to sig n an Indemnity, this set of terms & conditions and release prior to fulfilment of the prize.
Photography / Filming
By entering this competition, all Entrants acknowledge and consent that their name, details, image, audio, likeness may be used for the purposes of marketing and publicity, Entrants further acknowledge that they will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
By entering this Promotion, Entrants acknowledge and consent that entry submissions, material produced throughout the course of this Promotion , entrants details, images, audio or likeness may be used at the complete discretion of the Promoter with no remuneration made payable to the Entrant.
Prize winners must not act in a manner which is likely to cause harm to themselves or others.
The Promoter reserves the right to suspend the Promotion in its entirety at any point throughout the promotional period.
