Conditions of entry for the Gardening Australia magazine Win a 4 day Toowoomba Spectacular Gardens Tour.
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter is NewsLifeMedia of 170-180 Bourke Road, Alexandria NSW 2015, ABN 57 088 923 906. Employees of NewsLifeMedia and their advertising agencies, newsagents, subagents, respective employees and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older who fulfil the entry requirements as dictated in clause 4.

4. Promotion commences 00:01 ADST on 15th June 2012 and closes 23:59 ADST on 15th July 2012 (the promotional period).

5. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges from NewsLifeMedia. This competition is a game of skill, so chance plays no part in determining the winner. The answers will be judged on the 18th July 2012 at 14:00 AEST and the winner will be notified within 10 days of the judging. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Total prize pool is valued at AU$7,316 and is correct as of 10th May 2012.

8. Flights are non-flexible economy return airfares, departing from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth airports.

9. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash or kind. The winner must take the prize as offered. Unless otherwise specified, all ancillary costs are the winner’s responsibility.

10. Entrants confirm and promise that their entry is original and does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. By submitting their entry, participants are giving permission to publish their entry in future issues of ABC Gardening Australia magazine.

11. The winner releases the promoter from any and all causes of action, losses, liability, damage, expense (including legal expenses) cost or charge suffered, sustained or in any way incurred by the winner as a result of any loss or damage to any physical property of the winner, or any injury to or death of any person arising out of, or related to, or in any way connected with the promoter or the prize.
