    Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 18 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
    The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
    The promotion commences at 12.01am (AEST) on 4 July 2012 and ends 11.59pm on 25 July 2012.
    This is a game of chance.
    To enter the promotion, participants must submit their personal details including first name, last name, e-mail address, state and contact number (optional) via the entry form at www.travel.com.au/designerescape or www.travel.com.au/ozsaledesignerescape between 4 - 25 July 2012. One entry is permitted per person.
    By entering this Promotion, the entrant will be automatically subscribed to the travel.com.au and godo.com.au databases and become a member of ozsale.com.au and will receive electronic messages from travel.com.au, godo.com.au and ozsale.com.au. All competition entrants must remain subscribed and members at the time of the Prize draw and Redraw (if a redraw occurs). An entrant may opt-out of receiving any future communications from travel.com.au, godo.com.au and ozsale.com.au upon request directly to each company.

    All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 12pm (AEST) 27 July 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney NSW 2000. The first valid entry drawn will win a Designer Oz Escape including:
        2 x Return economy flights departing from the winner’s nearest capital city (excluding Brisbane) to Coolangatta
        Three (3) x night’s accommodation for two people staying at the Palazzo Versace in a Lagoon room
        Buffet breakfast daily
        Return hotel to airport Sedan Limousine transfers
        1 hour hot-air balloon experience including champagne breakfast for 2 people

    The maximum total value of the Prize pool is up to AU$3,500 (depending on the winner’s departure point).
    Spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included in the prize. The winner and his/her companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.
    The prize is valid for redemption until 28 December 2012 and will be dependent on the accommodation, airline and tour operators’ normal availability.  Some blackout dates may apply including state school holidays and public holiday periods.
    The winner will be notified on 27 July 2012 via phone (if contact number provided) and email.  The winners’ details will also be published at www.travel.com.au for a period of three months.
    The Prize will be arranged by the Promoter. The prize is to be booked through the Promoter, with all details of the booking to be finalised within 6 weeks of the winner receiving notification.
    Should the winner remain un-contactable, an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on 28 October 2012 at Level 10, 17 York Street, Sydney, NSW 2000.
    The redrawn winner shall be notified on 28 October 2012 via phone (if contact number provided) and email.  The redrawn winners’ details will also be published at www.travel.com.au for a period of three months.

    The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash. Prizes must be taken as offered. No modifications or exchanges will be possible.
    The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter's decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions.
    The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
    The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
    Automated entry software or spamming that allows an entrant to enter multiple times is prohibited and all entries submitted by that entrant will be deemed invalid.
    If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
