As you’re all such a creative bunch we know you’ll be jammed packed with suggestions of how you use the Everyday Rewards program and its retail partners to reward yourself and others. That's why there are 365 prizes up for grabs! What's more, to help us all reward ourselves every day, the 365 winning entries will be showcased in an e-book and published on our Facebook page.

A panel of Everyday Rewards representatives will decide on the 365 entries that make it into the e-book. The panel will be carefully judging each and every entry for its creativity, originality, inspiration and wit. To help you out a bit, tips should focus on these aspects of the Everyday Rewards program: value, saving money, shopping, families, fresh ingredients, recipes, gadgets, technology, homewares and garden. So get those thinking caps on and share what you love about being an Everyday Rewards member.

Entries close on Friday 20th July at 4pm AEST.


HOW TO ENTER

To be eligible to enter, individuals must log onto http://www.facebook.com/woolworthseverydayrewards and click "Like" then follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period. If individuals already ‘Like’ the Facebook page, they are still eligible to enter, and they need to follow the prompts as directed to the competition entry page, input the requested details and submit the fully completed entry form during the promotional period.

Entrants will be required to input the requested details including their first name, last name, and Everyday Rewards card number, then submit a tip, trick or idea on how they reward themselves through the Everyday Rewards program The fully completed entry form must be submitted between the promotion period of 10:00am AEST Monday 02/07/2012 and 16:00pm AEST Friday 20/07/2012.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. The Promotion is open to all members who have registered for the Everyday Rewards Program. Entry into the Promotion is free. Directors, management and employees of Fuel Communications Pty Ltd and its agencies directly associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, and Everyday Rewards card number) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Entries which contain obscene or offensive language or which Everyday Rewards believes to be plagiarised will be disqualified from the competition. The decision as to whether an entry should be disqualified is at the discretion of Everyday Rewards and Everyday Rewards’ decision is final Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

4. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if forged, manipulated or tampered with in any way.

5. The Promotion is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winners.

6. Promotion commences 10:00am AEST Monday 02/07/2012 and closes at 16:00pm AEST on Friday 20/07/2012.

7. You can enter as many times as you like during the promotion period. Entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.

The Promoter may use any of the content from the entries entered into the competition and reserves the right to edit or amend any entry for future purposes. The promoter is not required to notify or obtain permission from the entrant if it wishes to use any of their content entered into the competition.

8. Each entry must:

a) indicate how they reward themselves through Everyday Rewards;

b) be at least 15 words and no more than 50 words;

c) not be offensive, defamatory, unlawful or likely to cause offense to other persons;

d) be free of any claims, including copyright claims, by other parties; and

e) not promote or depict illegal or negligent activity.

The Promoter may exclude any entry that does not meet these criteria.

9. There are three hundred and sixty five (365) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of a WISH Gift Card valued at $10 each. 10. Total prize pool is $3650.00. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

11. The winners will be judged by a panel of Judges at 89 – 91 Campbell Street, Surry Hills, Sydney, NSW from 9am Monday 23/07/2012 from all of the entries received during the promotion period. The Winners will be the Entrants who, in the sole opinion of the judges, have submitted the tip, trick or idea with the most creativity, originality, inspiration and wit with their answer to the question in clause 8a.

12. The winners will be announced on the Everyday Rewards Facebook competition page http://www.facebook.com/woolworthseverydayrewards and on the Everyday Rewards Website www.everydayrewards.com.au on Monday 30/07/2012.

13. The promoter may select additional reserve entries that they determine to be the next best in

the event of an unclaimed prize or an invalid entry or ineligible entrant being selected as a winner. Each entry will be judged on its creativity, originality, inspiration and wit.

14. All prize winners will be notified in writing by email. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the competition winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian.

15. Prizes will be mailed to the winners at the address provided in their Everyday Rewards account, via Australia Post within 21 days of winners’ announcement. The Promoter will not be responsible for lost prizes caused by incorrect addresses provided by the prize winner.

16. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

17. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.

18.Entry and continued participation in the Promotion is dependent on entrants following and acting in accordance with the Facebook Statement of Rights and Responsibilities, which can be viewed at http://www.facebook.com/terms.php This promotion adheres to the terms and conditions set out in the Facebook promotion guidelines which can be found at: http://www.facebook.com/promotions_guidelines.php

19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for the purposes of this Promotion as outlined in these Terms and Conditions of entry. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.

All entrants unconditionally and irrevocably release and discharge Facebook from any and all liability in relation to this Promotion.

20. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use of a prize.

21. The Promoter may use any personal information that a Cardholder has provided to it as part of the Everyday Rewards Program for the purpose of running the Promotion, and also in advertisements, publications, media statements and other promotional material associated with the Promotion. For purposes of public statements and advertisements the Promoter will only publish the winner’s first initial, surname and state. The Promoter may disclose the information for those purposes to its related bodies corporate and contractors. Unless the Cardholder has opted-out of communication within their Registration, the Promoter may use personal information a Cardholder has provided to send the Cardholder information about Woolworths' products and services (including via electronic means), and may disclose the information to its related bodies corporate, agencies and contractors (including call centers, advertising agencies and direct mail houses) the Promoter engages for that purpose. In most cases you can gain access to your personal information by contacting the General Manager Corporate Services, Woolworths Limited, PO Box Q70, QVB, Post Shop Sydney 1230 or phone the Woolworths Privacy Helpline on 1300 134 802. 22. In the event there is a dispute concerning the conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the Promoter.
