and entries must be received by 11:59PM (AEDST) on 20th July 2012 (“Promotional Period”)2. Entry only open to Australian residents, who are not employees or directors of, or contracts to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with this Promotion, or members of the immediate family of such employees or contractors.

6. Entrants will be required to input the requested details including their first name, last name, country
of residence, email address, and submit the fully completed entry form between 9:00am AEST

7. Winners will be generated at random by a computer generated selection, on 23rd July 2012 at 12:00
pm (AEDST). Winners will be notified via email in writing at 5:00 pm (AEDST) on 23rd July 2012. Winners will be drawn at Shaver Shop head office, located at Level 3, Office Tower 2, Chadstone Place, Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, Victoria. 10 x Sonicare Airfloss units will be drawn only.
8. Winners will be announced (AEDST) on 23rd July 2012 on the Shaver Shop facebook page and website.
9. Incomplete, incorrect or indecipherable claims will be deemed invalid.

11. If for any reason this promotion is interfered with in any way or not capable of running as planned,
including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, then the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion and subject to any written directions given by any relevant gaming authority, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
12. The initial winner is allowed 3 months to claim their prize. If the specified winner does not claim specified prize, a redraw will be held 20/10/2012 at 12:00PM and will be drawn at Shaver Shop head office, located at Level 3, Office Tower 2, Chadstone Place, Chadstone Shopping Centre, 1341 Dandenong Road, Chadstone, Victoria and the winner will be notified in writing.
