‘The Bourne Legacy Promotion
PROMOTION Monday 23rd
July – Friday 27thJuly 2012
The following addendum document stipulates the 96fm competition rules for all
participants and applies specifically to 96fm’s “The Bourne Legacy” Competition.
1. Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
2. The winner and friend must check into the hotel on Monday August 6,
2012 by 14:00 and check-out by Wednesday August 8, 2012 by 10.00.
3. The Premiere will take place on Tuesday August 7 at State Theatre
Sydney (subject to change at any time).
4. The winner and their companion are responsible for all other expenses
including spending money, meals, drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry
charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, taxes (including departure
taxes), energy surcharges, gratuities, services charges, passports, visas, travel
insurance and all other ancillary costs. Travel insurance is highly recommended
to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen
circumstances.
5. The winner and travelling companions must travel at the same time,
must depart from the same capital city and are responsible for transport from
their residence to their nearest capital city for flight departure.
6. If the winner is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult
over the age of 21 must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.
7. The prize must be taken to coincide with the Australian Premiere of
THE BOURNE LEGACY and subject to hotel and flight availability. The prize
cannot be changed once the bookings (such as flights and hotel accommodation)
have been made.
