“The Sapphires” Movie T&C’s:
1. This competition is a promotion run by The Royal Automobile Club of Queensland Limited ABN 72 009 660 575 (“Promoter”).
2. Information on prizes and how to enter form part of these terms and conditions. Entries not completed in accordance with these terms are ineligible. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The competition is open to residents of Queensland over the age of 18 years of age only, who are current RACQ members at the time the competition is drawn.
4. Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, related entities and agents of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.
5. The competition commences 19 July 2012 and closes 31 July 2012. The competition will be drawn at 10:30am on 1 August 2012 at RACQ Head Office, Marketing Department, 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains 4113.
6. There will be 15 winners in this competition that will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7. Entry is by the member emailing their full name, address, daytime contact phone number and RACQ membership number to competitions@racq.com.au with ‘THE SAPPHIRES’ in the subject line.
8. Only one entry per entrant is permitted and only one prize will be awarded to each winner.
9. The winners will each receive a double pass to the special preview screening of “The Sapphires” movie on Tuesday 7 August 2012 at the new Toombul Cinemas, Centro Toombul, 1015 Sandgate Road Nundah, Queensland valued at up to $33. Prize components may alter at the discretion of the Promoter. Any change in the value of the prizes between the publishing date and the date that the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the Promoter.
10. The prize must be taken and used at the preview screening.
11. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
12. Travel, insurance, spending money and all other ancillary costs are the winners’ responsibility.
13. The prize is subject to booking availability.
14. Winners will be notified by mail. Prizes will be posted to the winners as appropriate to the addresses provided by the winners when they enter the competition.
15. If a competition winner is unable to be contacted within five days of the draw a redraw will occur. In the event that a redraw is required it will be held at 10:30am on 6 August 2012 at RACQ, Marketing Department, 2649 Logan Road, Eight Mile Plains 4113 and redraw winners will be notified by phone or email.
