During the Promotion Period Entrants can enter by downloading the Mix & Match iPhone Application OR going to the mixapparel.com.au website. For additional information on entering, consumers may also purchase the July 2 issue of Grazia Magazine Australia containing the Mix Apparel Catalogue insert.Steps to Enter
Download the Mix & Match iPhone App from iTunes OR go to mixapparel.com.au and follow the prompts.
Using the Mix & Match entry canvas, select items from the Grazia insert or the Mix Apparel website, and add them together to create an outfit.
Entrants who have purchased Grazia Magazine on sale July 2 may also use the camera feature in the Mix & Match Application to select their outfit by scanning items from the Mix Catalogue insert.
Once an entrant has completed a look they must submit their look along with their email address.
This entry is then in the running for any of the minor or weekly prizes.
Users can create as many outfits as they like, each look will be considered as a unique Entry.
WEEKLY PRIZE DRAW
10 x 12-month Grazia Subscriptions & Mix Apparel E-Vouchers
All entrants in the competition are deemed to be in the running for the Weekly Prize.
Weekly Prize winners will be selected by the Mix & Grazia Fashion Panel from entries submitted each week for five weeks, commencing Monday 2nd July 9:00am (AEST) and concluding Sunday 5th August 11:59pm (AEST).
2 x Weekly Prizes will be given each week, with prize pack consisting of 1 x 12-month subscription to Grazia Magazine Australia & 1 x Mix Apparel E-Voucher valued at $50.
Winners will be chosen based on their selection and layout of items.
Winners will be selected & notified by email by 12 noon on each Monday during the Promotional Period.
MINOR PRIZE DRAW

All entrants in the competition are deemed to be in the running for the Minor Prizes

To gain ‘likes’ for their entry, users may share their entry with friends on Facebook and email using the tools provided.
The winners will be selected by the Mix & Grazia Fashion Panel based on their selection and layout of items.
The 5 x Minor Prizes will each consist of 1 x $500 Mix Apparel Wardrobe (in the form of a redeemable $500 Mix Apparel E-Voucher).
MAJOR PRIZE DRAW
Trip for 2 to New York City
To be eligible for the Major Prize, users must purchase one or more items from Mix Apparel online through the iPhone Application or
www.mixapparel.com.au between 9:00am 2 July 2012 to 11:59PM 5 August 2012 using the same email account that they submitted their entry with.
The competition system will automatically assign a user’s entry to a purchase made within the promotional period.
A user only needs to make one purchase within the promotional period to be in contention for the Major Prize. Once a purchase has been made, users may enter multiple times by creating multiple looks.
1 x Major Prize winner will be selected from the 100 entrants who have gained the most Facebook ‘likes’ for an individual outfit and purchased from the online store.
To gain ‘likes’ for their entry, users may share their entry with friends on Facebook and email using the tools provided.

Multiple Prizes
The entrant who wins a Major Prize will not be eligible to win a Minor Prize. Weekly Prize winners are also eligible to win either a Major Prize, or a Minor Prize.

The Promotion starts on 2 July 2012 at 9:00am AEST.

Eligible Persons
An individual is an Eligible Person if they are:
• Over 18 years old;
• An Australian resident;
• Qualify for a travel visa for travel to United States of America, and hold a valid passport with at least 6 months validity prior to the commencement of travel (Major Prize Draw only).
Verification Requirements
The winner will be required to verify their identity and provide proof of age.

Prize Details
The first valid entry drawn will receive a trip for two (2) to New York (USA) valued at up to $10,828.00 (AUD inc. taxes) including:
- return economy flights (including flight departure taxes) from the winners nearest capital city in Australia for two (2) adults.
- six (6) nights accomodation at a minimum 4 star hotel.
Prize Restrictions
The Major Prize must be redeemed within 12 months of the original draw date - Some blackout periods may apply i.e national school holidays and Christmas / New Years period.
All travel must be booked by 31 Oct 2012. Once flights have been booked and flight tickets are issued the winner is responsible for any costs associated with subsequent itinerary changes, cancellations, amendments or other administration charges.
Entire itinerary must be booked in one Webjet booking. Any unused portion of the prize is not redeemable in cash or in kind and the prize flights must be taken consecutively within one booking only. Winner and passenger must travel together.
Winner and passenger cannot accumulate reward program points on these flights. Any flights and accommodation which remain unused 12 months after the original draw date shall be deemed null and void.
Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. The winner (and their companion) are responsible for all expenses incurred, including spending money, insurance, visa applications, meals, all transfers (unless otherwise stated) including travel to and from departure point to airport and at destination city, travel insurance, taxes, gratuities, and all other ancillary. Incidentals charged to the winner’s and travel companion’s room, such as meals, mini bar, laundry room services, telephone calls etc, are at the expense of the winner (and their travel companion). Flights and accommodation are subject to availability and will be coordinated by the Promoter in conjunction with the winner. A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required from the winner at check-in to the hotel, for all incidental charges.
Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. The Promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist at any destination. Domestic and International travel advice can be obtained from various sources, including government, local consular offices and the website of the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
Cancelation and/or changes to the booking will incure additional fees payable by the winner.
Directors, employees and their immediate families of Coles, Webjet, Grazia or Mentally Friendly (including spouse, parent, child or sibling whether or not they live in the same house), printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.Total Prize Pool

Claim Instructions
The prizes will be sent to the winner’s nominated email address.
The winner (and their travel companion) will have all flights and accommodation booked by the Promoter from departure and arrival at the winners nearest capital city, unless otherwise arranged and agreed by the Promoter. Travel to and from the winner’s capital city airport in Australia do not form part of the prize and is the responsibility of the winner, unless otherwise stated or available.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If the prize remains unclaimed at 7 September 2012, the Promoter, with approval from participating gaming authorities, will award the prize to the second best entry.
The winners in the second chance draw will be notified by email on 13 September 2012.
The winner will be announced on the Mix Apparel website (

MIX ONLINE STORE This Agreement is a contract between you and Coles Supermarkets Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 45 004 189 708) (“Coles”) trading as Mix Apparel (“Mix Apparel”, “we” or “our”). It sets out the conditions under which you may purchase goods online from Mix Apparel. By completing the customer application process and using Mix Apparel web site, you are bound by this Agreement.1. Interpretation
In these Conditions:
• Agreement is an agreement between you and Mix Apparel to supply goods, and consists of the order and these conditions;
• Conditions are these conditions, and any agreed written variations;
• Delivery Address is the address to which the goods are to be delivered as stated on the Order;
• Goods are goods described in an order, and includes packaging;
• Intellectual Property Rights includes all rights in respect of copyright, trademarks, patents, designs, protection of confidential information and circuit layouts, whether arising under statute or otherwise;
• Order is an order by you to purchase goods from Mix Apparel;
• Product List is the list of goods displayed on the Mix Apparel web site, as amended from time to time; and
• Delivery Fee is the fee payable to Mix Apparel in respect of delivery of the goods and handling costs associated with processing your order, as advised by Mix Apparel from time to time.2. THE AGREEMENT
An agreement exists between you and Mix Apparel once Mix Apparel accepts an order or Mix Apparel receives the order and does not reject it within two business days.3. CUSTOMER APPLICATION
Application to be completed: You must complete a customer application before placing an order for goods with Mix Apparel. You warrant that all information and data provided by you in the customer application is accurate, complete and up to date. You must promptly inform Mix Apparel if there is a change to this information or data. Set up costs: You are responsible for any costs associated with accessing the Mix Apparel web site and placing an order for goods with Mix Apparel, including any Internet provider fees. 4. ORDERS AND DELIVERY OF GOODS
Orders: You must place an order with Mix Apparel by selecting goods and pressing the "Confirm Order" button. Orders are deemed to be received by Mix Apparel at the time of successful transmission of the order. Mix Apparel reserves the right to accept or reject an order for any reason including unavailability of goods; an error in the price, image or the goods description; or error in your Order. We only accept orders from mainland Australia and Tasmania. Delivery: In order to purchase goods from Mix Apparel, the Delivery Address which you nominate must be within mainland Australia and Tasmania. Please ensure that your Delivery Address is correct, as orders for delivery to addresses outside the Mix Apparel delivery area will not be processed. Mix Apparel will advise you if the Delivery Address which you nominate ceases to be in an area where Mix Apparel delivers Goods. Mix Apparel will not be obliged to continue to deliver goods to you if you change your Delivery Address and the new Delivery Address which you nominate is not in an area within which Mix Apparel delivers goods. We will be using Australia Post for all of our shipping needs. All orders will be shipped from our third party provider’s Sydney warehouse within one to two business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location.
Please note that all parcels will require a signature upon delivery. If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel, then the delivery driver will leave a card and the parcel will be returned to the nearest Australia Post office for you to collect. Anyone at the Delivery Address (or upon collection) who receives the goods shall be presumed by Mix Apparel to be authorised to receive the goods.
We will make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated timeframe however please be aware that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or factors that are beyond our control. Mix Apparel will not be liable for any delay or inability to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes. Find out more about our delivery process.
Delivery fee: If required by Mix Apparel, you must pay to Mix Apparel the Delivery Fee (or such other fee as may be specified by Mix Apparel) in respect of each order. Find out more about our delivery charges. Order cancellations: You can cancel your online order provided that it has not been dispatched by contacting Mix Apparel. We will attempt to cancel your order without delay however occasionally it may not be possible to stop an order from being dispatched. If your order has been dispatched, please refer to our Returns Policy.5. RISK AND TITLE IN THE GOODS
Risk and title in the goods passes to you upon delivery and payment of the goods to the Delivery Address.6. RETURNS

All orders are calculated in Australian Dollars (AUD) and where applicable, inclusive of goods and services tax (GST). You must pay for your goods purchased on this website at the time of placing an order. The purchase price of the goods as shown on the Product List is the purchase price which is applicable at the time you view it. Mix Apparel may vary the prices on this website at any time, and prices are subject to change until you have paid for the goods in full. The availability and pricing of goods may vary between Coles’ retail stores and those found on this website. Delivery Fee: You must pay the Delivery Fee in respect of each Order. Additional Fees: If charged by Mix Apparel in accordance with clause 4, you must pay any late cancellation fee or additional delivery fee.
Total price of Goods: Goods in Your Order are charged at the purchase price applicable at the time you submit your order and as shown on the order confirmation, except if a good is out of stock, in which case you will not be charged for that good; Tax invoice: Upon delivery of the goods, Mix Apparel will provide you with a tax invoice specifying the total price for the goods, including credits applied and the Delivery Fee.
Coles Group team member discount (Coles for YOU card): Mix Apparel does not accept team member discount cards with the Coles for YOU card for purchases made online Flybuys: Unfortunately, Mix Apparel is unable to offer Flybuys points for purchases made online. Method of payment: Mix Apparel only accepts payment for online orders by Visa and Mastercard. Unfortunately we do not accept American Express or Diners. You will pay for the goods at the time you place the order by providing your credit card details on the Mix Apparel web site and Mix Apparel will process your payment using your credit card. The payment will be processed immediately. If your credit card is declined by your financial institution, Mix Apparel will not be able to process the order. Mix Apparel may decline to accept payment from you by credit card for any reason, and is not required to give reasons. If Mix Apparel declines to accept payment from you by credit card, the order will not be processed. If you agree to make payment by another method that is acceptable to Mix Apparel, Mix Apparel may process the order or any further orders.8. SET-OFF
If you owe money to Mix Apparel under one Agreement, Mix Apparel may set-off that money against any money that you owe to Mix Apparel under another Agreement. If Mix Apparel owes money to you under one Agreement, Mix Apparel may set-off that money against any money that it owes to you under another Agreement.9. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Mix Apparel will use our best endeavours to ensure goods ordered are available for delivery and, in most cases, will notify you where the goods are unavailable prior to you completing your order. You acknowledge that in some cases this is not possible and we may need to reject your Order where we establish that it is unavailable for delivery. In such cases, Mix Apparel will refund in full all amounts you have paid in respect of the unavailable goods. Mix Apparel cannot provide rainchecks in respect of Goods ordered by you online and, where permitted by law, reserves the right to limit the sale of goods to reasonable or normal household quantities.10. PACKAGING AND LABELLING OF GOODS
When placing information onto our website, we will take reasonable care in ensuring that all details, prices, product images and descriptions displayed are correct at the time. While we have attempted to show textures, appearances and colours of our goods as accurately as possible, what you see will vary depending on your monitor and computer equipment. Mix Apparel cannot guarantee that the images of the goods are an exact representation of the actual goods. Mix Apparel does not warrant the accuracy of the information contained in the Product List and recommends that you read the labels on Goods carefully before using the goods. You acknowledge that Mix Apparel or our related corporations own or are licensed to use all Intellectual Property Rights in Mix Apparel, including any images, photographs or text which appears on the Mix Apparel web site. You must not make any representation to the contrary and you must not use or copy Mix Apparel in any manner which is inconsistent with the rights of the owner or licensee of such Intellectual Property Rights. You acknowledge that any trademarks or logos which appear on the Mix Apparel web site are owned by or licensed to Mix Apparel or our related corporations, and that you must not do anything to prejudice the rights of the trademark owner or licensee to such trademarks or logos.12. LIABILITY 12.1 Mix Apparel will use reasonable care and skill in providing the Mix Apparel website for your use.
12.2 We are responsible for loss suffered by you as a result of:
a) our negligence if it causes personal injury or death; or
b) a serious breach of this Agreement by us,
if that loss was reasonably foreseeable at the time. 12.3 Subject to paragraph 13.2 and to the extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Mix Apparel and our related corporations from all forms of direct, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of profits, loss of data or loss or damage that may reasonably have been supposed to have been in the contemplation of the parties as at the date of this Agreement) arising out of or in connection with Mix Apparel or this Agreement (including the installation, downloading, use or performance of any software related to the Mix Apparel website). 12.4 Any liability of Mix Apparel arising out of or in connection with a breach of an express or implied warranty or condition in respect of Goods or deliveries supplied to you through use of Mix Apparel (other than a condition or warranty implied by legislation which does not permit Mix Apparel's liability to be limited as stated in this clause 13) will, at the election of Mix Apparel, be limited to:
a) if the condition relates to Goods, the replacement of the Goods or the supply of equivalent Goods; and
b) if the condition relates to deliveries, the supplying of the deliveries again or the payment of the cost of having the deliveries supplied again.
c) provided that it is fair and reasonable to do so.
13. CORRECTION OF ERRORS
Occasionally there may be content on this website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights relating to a product description, product image, price, promotion, special offer or availability. In this circumstance, we have the right to amend any typographical errors, inaccuracies or oversights and to correct or update content or cancel orders at any time without prior notice.

14. USERNAME AND PASSWORD
You must take responsibility for the safekeeping of your user name and password. You are liable if your user name and password are used by an unauthorised person. You release and indemnify Mix Apparel in relation to any liability arising out of the unauthorised use of your user name or password.15. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES
Mix Apparel may add to, delete, or otherwise change any of the terms of this Agreement by giving you notice as provided in clause 18. Your use of Mix Apparel after notice will constitute your deemed acceptance of such changes.16. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
Mix Apparel will take care to protect the details of your payment and purchase however in the absence of negligence, Mix Apparel will not be responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer if a third party acquires unauthorised access to data that you have provided to Mix Apparel when ordering from our website. Mix Apparel may terminate or suspend this Agreement at any time by delivering notice (as specified in clause 18) or by sending you a system message advising that Your shopping privileges have been removed. Termination of this Agreement is effective the day notice is received, or such later date as specified in the notice. Mix Apparel, in our discretion, may elect to terminate a user name or refuse to deliver to a particular address.18. NOTICES
Mix Apparel may give notice to you by electronic mail, conventional mail to your address contained in the customer application information or notice posting on the Mix Apparel web site.
19. SEVERABILITY
Each provision of this Agreement (including these Conditions) are severable. Severance does not affect any other provision.19.LAWS
The laws of Victoria govern this Agreement.
