Go in the draw to win a Rancilio Rocky Doserless Grinder for Father’s Day by
completing the entry form at

conditions of entry. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and
conditions.
The competition 'Promoter' is The Coffee Company ACN 118 098 285.
Prize
The winning person receives a Rancilio Rocky Doserless Grinder (rrp $450) plus
postage.
This prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
Competition Dates
The Competition opens on Wednesday 8 August 2012 at 7am AEST and closes on
Wednesday 22 August at 5pm AEST.
Competition Draw
The promoters will randomly draw the winning name on Friday 24 August 2012 at
6pm at the Coffee Company (260 Carlisle St, Balclava VIC).
Promoter's decision is final and no discussion will be entered into.
Any unclaimed prizes will be redrawn randomly by the Coffee Company proprietors
at the Coffee Company (260 Carlisle St, Balclava VIC) on Monday 26 November 2012
at 6pm AEST.
Conditions of Entry
You must have an Australian postal address, phone number and email address to
enter. P.O box addresses are not acceptable.
Employees and immediate families of the Promoter are not eligible to enter. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by the Promoter by mail, phone or email and will be
announced in the next edition of Coffee Company e‐newsletter, The Grinder.
Personal Information Collected
The winner may have their first name, residential suburb and State displayed on The
Coffee Company website and in The Grinder e‐newsletter. The winner’s surname will
not be disclosed.
Any information collected from you in the course of conducting this competition will
be strictly subject to The Coffee Company's privacy policy.

The Promoter excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage
whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the
competition.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the
