Win tickets to the Alexander the Great exhibition
More than 400 pieces spanning a period of 2500 years are part of a collection inspired by Alexander the Great's life. It is a collection that is soon to arrive in Sydney.
The Australian Museum's Alexander the Great: 2000 years of treasures will be the largest collection of treasures ever to come to Australia from the State Armitage in St Petersburg, Russia. It will feature objects from classical antiquity through to the modern age.
``At 20 years of age, Alexander the Great commanded large armies and in just 11 years had conquered vast lands,'' museum director Frank Howarth said.
Readers have a chance to win one of 17 family passes to the exhibition, which is open from November 24 until the end of the year.
These are valued at $60 each and cover two adults and two children.

3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 9.01am AEST 20 August 2012 and closes 4.59pm AEST on 28 August 2012.

7. The competition will be drawn at 12pm AEST on 29 August 2012.
8. This is a promotion based on chance, with seventeen (17) winners per publication picked at random. Winners will be notified by mail. The judge’s decision is final.
9. Winners will be announced on 30 August 2012.

11. The total prize pool for this promotion is maximum $21,420.00 AUD only.
