1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 13 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. Promotion commences on 14/08/2012 and entries close on 30/08/2012. The winner will be announced on 31/08/2012.

To participate in the competition, participants must complete all the mandatory fields on the landing page, input the requested details, and write about their Dad’s dream holiday in 50 words or less.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. Incomplete, offensive or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
6. Multiple entries are not permitted. The Promoter has to right to modify and change entries should the entry be published on the website.
7. Winners will be notified by email and/or phone. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. The winning entry will be judged based on the most entertaining entry. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The best valid entry, as determined by the Promoter, will win a Best Gift Certificate of a face value of $1350 for a Jonah’s Indulgence Package.
9. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
10. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
11. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Entries will not be returned to any entrant. As a condition of entering into this promotion, each entrant licences the Promoter to use their entry in any media for an unlimited period for any reason including but not limited to future promotional, marketing or publicity purposes. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that each entry submitted is an original text that does not infringe the rights or copyright of any third party. 14. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
15.
