8. How to enter
To enter, listeners must log onto the station website. On the ‘MixFM’s Best Dad Jokes’ campaign page they will need to successfully complete the entry form including sharing in 50 words or less their best dad joke. They must enter this along with their own name, date of birth, postal address, suburb, postcode, contact number and email address. All successful entries will be placed in the eligible pool of entries to be judged for the chance to be awarded a prize.
9. Prize Details
5 x winners judged to be the have the funniest/ best dad joke The total prize pool will not exceed $5,000
10: Prize valuation
Valued at AUD $5,000 (total maximum prize pool)
11: Limitation on entries (i.e. number)
Listeners may enter as many times as they wish, however they can only win one prize.
12. Age Limitation
n/a – entry is open to all ages.
13: Draw process and judging
Winners will be judged and awarded a prize based on the creativity/ humour of their entry. A panel of 2 people will judge the winners – Alex Day and Sarah Allan.
14: Draw date & Time & Address
Judging will take place between 10.00am on Thursday 23rd August & 3pm pm on Thursday 30th August (AEST) at Mix106.5, 3 Byfield Street, North Ryde, NSW, 2113
15: Method of Winner NotificationThe winners will be notified in writing and via phone.
Winners will be announced (1 per day) during the breakfast show in their state each day from Monday 27th August – Friday 31st August 2012
16: Date of Winner Notification
Winners will be notified no later than AEDST 5.00pm Friday 7th September 2012.
17. Special conditions
Coles Group & Myer gift cards are subject to the expiry date and terms and conditions stated on the gift card.
The winners will be required to go to the MixFM Reception in their state to collect this (photo ID will be required).
