ITEM 6: PROMOTION CONTESTING DATES AND TIMES
Contesting will occur at specific times to be determined by the Promoter between 9.00am and 5:00pm weekdays between Monday 27 August
and Friday 31 August 2012 inclusive, or until such time as the fifth famous voice is correctly identified by a contestant at the Promoter’s discretion, whichever happens first (“Promotional Period”).
An individual day during the Promotional Period is known as a “Contesting Day”.
ITEM 7: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
Entry is available to permanent residents of Tasmania aged eighteen (18) years or older.ITEM 8:
METHOD OF ENTRYThroughout the Promotional Period, the Promoter will broadcast a montage consisting of short grabs of the voices of five (5) famous male voices (“Celebrity Voices”).
Throughout the Promotional Period, as prompted by live Announcer solicits (”Cue to Call”), Listeners will be invited to call 13 27 10 for their chance to attempt to correctly identify the names of all five (5) Celebrity Voices, in the correct order (“Entry”).
Once the Cue to Call has been broadcast, the first one (1) Entry received at the Promoter’s discretion will be selected to play (“Contestant”).
At the Promoter’s cue, that Contestant will then be asked to attempt to identify all five (5) Celebrity Voices in the correct order.
The first Contestant to correctly identify all five (5) Celebrity Voices in the correct order (at the Promoter’s Discretion) will be awarded with the Major Prize as outlined in Item 11: Prize Details (“Major Prize Winner”)
At the Promoter’s discretion, clues pertaining to one (1) or more of the Celebrity Voices may be provided either on air and /or online at the website/ facebook page throughout the Promotional Period, to assist Listeners indentify the Celebrity Voices.
The Promoter (at its discretion) may announcer a “Bonus Contesting Segment” – or multiple Bonus Contesting Segments – at random throughout the Promotional Period, where more than one (1) Entry will be selected as a Contestant and given a chance to identify the Celebrity Voices, up to a maximum of twenty (20) Contestants during any one (1) Contesting Segment.
The Promoter decisions are final and non negotiable.ITEM 9: JUDGING DETAILS

Chrio Classic Queen Size Ensemble to be delivered by Harvey Norman on an arranged date.
The Promoter will give Euphoria Furniture and Harvey Norman the Major Winners contact details in order to make delivery of prizes.
Information on how to enter, prizes and other details contained within promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions. Entry into the promotion shall be deemed an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this promotion, as appropriate.

The Promoter and affiliated partners may require the winners from the promotion to partake in media exposure, including but not limited to future promotional, marketing and publicity without any further reference, payment or other compensation.
All entry details and content created at any stage during the promotion becomes the property of the Promoter and affiliated partners. The Promoter and affiliated partners may use the name of the entrants and prize winners, copy written for entry and the photographs and video taken of the entrants during the course of the promotion for promotional, public and commercial purposes without compensation.
By entering the promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their personal information provided for facilitating the promotion and awarding prizes; and may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law.
The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who it has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, not followed the rules as set out by the Promoter, and agreed to, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
