Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry to the competition is free (excluding internet charges) and is only open to entrants who are 21 years or over. Employees (and their immediate families) of Promoter and their related entities are ineligible to enter.
The promotion is open to residents of Australia only.
The promotion commences at 12.00pm AEST Friday, 24 August 2012 and closes at 12.00am AEST Monday, 3 September 2012.
There is only one entry per person permitted.
To enter the major prize draw for the promotion, participants must go to
www.wotif.com during the Promotion Period and click on the competition homepage button to enter. Entrants must enter their details: name, e-mail address, date of birth, region, telephone number and sign up to the Wotif.com newsletter.
All valid entries will go into a random draw which will take place at 12.00pm AEST Tuesday 4 September 2012 at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064. The first valid entry drawn from the major prize draw will win; return economy flights for two from Perth, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane to Kuala Lumpur (AU$3,000), economy flights for two from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawai Island (AU$1,700), three nights’ accommodation (twin share) including breakfast in Kuala Lumpur (AU$700) and two nights’ accommodation (twin share) including breakfast in Langkawai Island (AU$600). The winner must be available to travel from Thursday, 30 August and Friday, 21 December 2012.
Should any winner of the main draw be uncontactable, another winner will be chosen by random draw at 12:00pm AEST Thursday, 13 September 2012, at 7 Baroona Road, Milton Qld 4064.
The Prize Voucher is valid for travel between Thursday, 30 August and Friday, 21 December 2012.
The winner must book all travel and accommodation through a member of the Wotif.com marketing team (
marketing_team@wotif.com) before Friday, 14 December 2012.
The maximum total value of the prize AU$6,000.
The winner will be notified by email or phone within 1 day of the draw. The winner’s details will also be published at
www.wotif.com for a period of three months.

Cash cannot be contributed towards the balance of the flights.
Extending or adding extra passengers, dates and destinations is not permitted.
No frequent flyer points are awarded and no upgrades are permitted.
Flights include all prepayable taxes.
It is the Participants responsibility to purchase any travel insurance they may require whilst on their Prize voucher holiday.
Bookings made with the Prize Vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The Prize Vouchers, both accommodation and flights are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-replaceable and non-redeemable for cash.
Visas, passports and all entry, exit, health or other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited are the responsibility of the winner. The prize winner must possess a valid passport and be eligible to travel to New Zealand both at the time of booking and also at the time of travel.
The prize does not (except as expressly stated) include; transfers, other transport or accommodation; meals or beverages; telephone charges; incidental hotel charges (such as mini-bar, telephone calls, in-house movies, food or beverages; spending money; insurance such as travel or health cover; vaccinations or other medical or health related services; any other ancillary costs which may be incurred by the winner or their guest in relation to the prize trip.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as it deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter expressly reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, misdirected or illegible submissions, subject to the approval of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered by any entrant or winner (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for any entries that are not received or are otherwise interfered with due to problems with the internet or telecommunications services.
If this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to any reason, including unauthorised intervention, fraud, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) in its sole discretion to cancel the competition or to disqualify any individual who has tampered with the entry process.
