2. The Promoter is the Queensland Performing Arts Trust, ABN 13 967 571 128, of Queensland Cultural Centre, South Bank Qld 4101.
3. Directors, management and employees of the Promoter are not eligible to participate in this promotion.
4. Enter in to the draw to win win a VIP gondola ride on the Wheel of Brisbane for four people during the Brisbane Festival. •
The prize is for a VIP experience for a maximum of 4 adults ONLY. Anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.5.
Valid on Saturday 22nd September 2012 at 7pm ONLY. Please arrive at 6.30pm to collect your ticket & show ID on arrival at the ticket booth.
6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. No food, drink or smoking on the platform or the Wheel.
8. DO NOT swing the Gondola whilst on the Wheel. Anyone found to be doing so, will be ejected from the Gondola with immediate effect and no refunds will be issued.
9. Any persons under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused entry at the discretion of Management.
10. Wheel of Brisbane Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to Wheel Chairs, Prams etc. which are left at owner’s risk.
