Terms and Conditions of Entry
1. Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
2. The Promoter is Sunsuper Pty Ltd ABN 88 010 720 840, as Trustee and issuer of the Sunsuper Superannuation Fund, ABN 98 503 137 921, 30 Little Cribb Street, Milton QLD 4064, phone 13 11 84.
Eligibility to enter competition

Entry is only open to:
• residents of Australia;
• 18 years of age or older as at Monday 3 September 2012.
4. One entry only per entrant. 5. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, Sunsuper Pty Ltd, and other agencies associated with this competition are not eligible to enter this competition.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter also reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated delivery address, and/or proof of entry validity.
7. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant or player. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
8. Competition commences on Monday 3 September 2012 at 10.00am (AEST) and
concludes on Sunday 23 September 2012 at 23:59pm (AEST). Entries received after this time and date will not be considered. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the Registration Period at its own discretion.
Submission of entry
9. To enter, individuals must visit the Sunsuper Riverfire Competition application tab on
www.facebook.com/Sunsuper , ‘Like’ the page, follow the on-screen prompts to input all of the requested details including agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Entry and submitting the fully completed online entry form during the applicable competition period. All valid and correct entries received will be automatically entered into the prize draws.
10. Each contestant is required to
write in 25 words or less, what song would you choose to finish Sunsuper Riverfire and why? The inclusion of the winning song in the actual event playlist is not guaranteed and will be purely coincidental if included.
11. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
12. Incomplete entries will be deemed invalid.
13. Entry in this competition is free of charge; however, any cost associated with accessing the competition website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
Draws
14. There will be one (1) judging period taking place on Monday 24 September 2012 at 4.00pm (AEST) at Sunsuper, 30 Little Cribb Street, Milton QLD 4064..
15. Winners will be selected on their answer to the question ‘Tell us in 25 words or less, what song would you choose to finish Sunsuper Riverfire and why?
16. The winners will have successfully completed the entry and will be the 2 individuals whom the Promoter judges in their absolute discretion to have the most creative answer.
17. The winners of the Sunsuper Riverfire VIP Party will be posted on the Sunsuper Riverfire Facebook Pages Wall on Monday 24 September 2012 at 5.00pm (AEST).
18. Each winning entrant will be notified by the Promoter by email and/or phone within two business days of the competition draw date. The Promoter will supply the winning entrants with their prizes via delivery to an agreed address (at no cost to the winning entrants) by Friday 28 September 2012.
Prizes
19.
The first (2) two correct and valid entries chosen will receive a double pass to the Sunsuper Riverfire VIP Party valued at up to $200 :
• Sunsuper Riverfire VIP Party takes place at Stokehouse in Brisbane on Saturday 29 September 201220.
If you meet the bonus prize criteria by telling at least 1 friend about the competition via our email sharing feature on the entry confirmation page you will receive an extra 2 tickets to the event. 21. Spending money, meals, insurance, transport to and from the Sunsuper Riverfire VIP Party, accommodation, items of a personal nature, and all other ancillary costs are not included.
22. The prizes cannot be taken as cash and are not transferrable.
23. The Sunsuper Riverfire VIP Party double pass prizes are subject to the event venue and ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restriction. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner (and/or his/her companion) for any inappropriate behaviour, including but not limited to intoxication, whilst participating in any element of the prize.
24. The Promoter takes no responsibility for the delayed delivery of a prize.
25. Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
26. If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

Total prize pool value is up to $800.28. As a condition of accepting the prize, each winner (and the companion of the Sunsuper Riverfire VIP Party prize winner) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form reasonably required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
Miscellaneous
29. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
30. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, misdirected entries, or entries not received for any reason during the competition period, or for any periods of unavailability or technical difficulties with the online entry mechanism.
31. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
32. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the competition, as appropriate, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
33. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions of Entry limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the competition.
34. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Sunsuper Riverfire VIP Party competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in offer value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions of Entry; (e) if Sunsuper Riverfire VIP Party event is cancelled for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (f) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (g) use of a prize.
35. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s entry, name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products supplied by the Promoter.
36. Sunsuper retains the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
37. Sunsuper reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions listed at any time without prior notice.
38. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter and not to Facebook. The information an entrant provides will only be used for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not to Facebook.
