By entering the Carmen and Olé Competition, you accept the following terms and conditions:

Promoter’s details
1. The promoter is South Bank Corporation ABN 95 927 817 538, Ground Floor, South Bank House, Stanley Street Plaza, Brisbane Qld 4101 (“the Promoter”).
Who can enter
2. Entry is open to all Queensland residents excluding directors, management and employees of the Promoter and any agencies, firms and/or companies associated with the Competition (including suppliers of the prize) and their immediate families
How to enter
3. The Competition commences at 10:00am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 12 September 2012 and
finishes on 16th October 2012 at 12 midnight (AEST). Late entries will not be accepted.
4. To enter the Competition, you must follow the directions on

5. Each entry must contain your name, email address, phone number and accept the terms and conditions. If you do not supply all of the required information, your entry will be deemed invalid.
6. You may submit one entry only over the competition period.
7. Any person who, in the opinion of the Promoter, tampers or interferes with the entry process in any way, or who does not properly comply with the entry process or these terms and conditions is not eligible to win.
8. Entries which are considered by the Promoter, in the Promoter’s sole discretion, to be offensive, defamatory, contain offensive material, offend third party intellectual rights, are incomplete, incorrect or incomprehensible, will be disqualified from the Competition and removed from the Competition website.
Selection of the Winner
9. The winners will be drawn on 16th October, 2012 at South Bank Corporation Head Office, South Bank House, Cnr Ernest & Stanley Street Plaza, South Bank. The winner of the prize will be the entry considered to be the most creative by a competition selection panel.
10. The first, second and third prize winners will be contacted by phone on or before 17th October2012. The prize package is outlined below:
First Prize: Two A-Reserve seats to Opening Night of Carmen – Friday, 26 October at 7:30pm and a Pre-dinner for two to Olé Restaurant.
Second Prize: Two A-Reserve seats to Carmen, Tuesday, 30 October at 7:30pm
Third Prize: Two A-Reserve seats to Carmen, Thursday, 1 November at 7:30pm11. Decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Your warranties
12. By entering the Competition, you warrant that:
a. The details contained in and with your entry are true and correct;
b. You have all necessary rights and licenses to enable you to accept these Terms and Conditions and grant the rights contained in these Terms and Conditions to the Promoter;
c. If the Promoter exercises the rights contained in these Terms and Conditions, it will not infringe the rights of any third parties;
d. You allow the promoter share your entry for promotional purposes.
e. You are subscribing to South Bank Corporation, Olé Restaurant and Opera Queensland customer database.
13. You indemnify the Promoter against any loss, damage or claim for compensation resulting from your breach of any of the warranties contained in Condition 12.
General
14. The prize is not transferable, negotiable or redeemable for cash. If the winner is under the age of 18, no alcohol will be provided as part of the prize.
15. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or for any technical difficulties or periods of unavailability of the entry mechanism.
16. Subject to the Promoter’s privacy policy at
www.southbankcorporation.com.au/privacy, you agree that the Promoter can use your entry and personal details for the Promoter’s promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media without notice and without any fee being paid to you.
17. You agree to be contacted by the Promoter about the Competition and to participate in the Promoter’s publicity activities as reasonably requested, including being photographed by the Promoter for use by the Promoter in future marketing and promotional activities, without any fee being paid to you.
18. You agree that by submitting your entry, you will be entered into and registered on the South Bank Corporation database if the relevant box is selected so that you can receive regular updates, marketing and promotional material from the Promoter. There is no fee for this subscription.
