- The second draw will be for stories published in relation to ‘when I was there’.
There will be one (1) prize for this category, consisting of one (1) $100 Coles Group and Myer gift voucher.

Terms & Conditions
Submitting a story
Submitting a story is deemed acceptance of the terms and conditions outline below.
Only true and original stories will be accepted.
Not all stories submitted will be published on the site. Health Partners retains the right not to publish a story without providing a reason. Inappropriate language will not be accepted.
Stories may be edited or modified before being posted on the site. You will not be notified if your story has been edited before it is published.
Health Partners retains the right to remove a story from the site once it has been published without providing details as to why it has been removed.
Stories, images or video posted at 75years.healthpartners.com.au become the property of Health Partners and may be used by Health Partners for promotional purposes without notice and without any benefit provided to the original poster (financial or otherwise).
Stories posted on the website must not be copied or used without the prior written consent of Health Partners.
If your story and/or image or video contains information or content about other people you must gain their permission before you submit your story.
You must be over the age of 18 to enter a story. If you are under 18 and would like to submit a story, you must have a parent or guardian post the story on your behalf.Your information will be handled in accordance with Health Partners’ privacy policy and will not be used for any reason other than to contact you directly relating to your story and submission.
We may contact you to verify certain details about yourself or your story, and retain the right to not post your story until these details have been provided.
CompetitionInformation on how to enter forms part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promoter is Health Partners Limited (ABN 43 128 282 904), 86 Pirie Street, Adelaide SA 5000 (Promoter).
The promotion commences at 12.01am AEST 01 September 2012 and closes at 11:59pm AEST 15 November 2012 (Promotion Period).
Subject to Clause 5, entry is open only to residents of Australia ('Eligible Entrants'). Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their related bodies are not eligible to enter this promotion, but will be entered into a separate prize draw with details to be confirmed directly to staff.
To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period, submit a story at 75years.healthpartners.com.au that is selected to be published on the site. Stories that are published and then withdrawn, for whatever reason, will not be classed as eligible entries.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address in order to claim their prize.
There will be two draws, with separate prizes for each.
a. The first draw will be for stories published in relation to Health Partners. There will be eleven (11) prizes in this category.
These are:
i. One (1) prize consisting of one $500 gift voucher for RedBalloon.
ii. Ten (10) prizes each consisting of one (1) $75 Coles Group and Myer gift voucher.
b. The second draw will be for stories published in relation to ‘when I was there’. There will be one (1) prize for this category, consisting of one (1) $100 Coles Group and Myer gift voucher.
The total value of all prizes is $1350, with $1250 relating to the first draw, and $100 relating to the second draw.
Any additional expenses incurred by the winner in using their prize will not be reimbursed by the Promoter.
The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for other goods or services. Subject to these terms and conditions, a prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed to by the promoter. If a prize cannot be used as stated, it will be forfeited.
The draw will take place on 22 November and:
a. will be conducted by the Promoter (along with any other draws occurring on that day) at 86 Pirie Street, Adelaide SA commencing at 12 noon
b. votes will be taken into account to pick all winners, however the Promoter has final say on the winning entries.
c. will be witnessed by a member of the Promoter's management.
The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The winners will be notified by letter, sent to their place of residence within two working days of the draw. The winners will be published on 75years.healthpartners.com.au on 26 November 2012.
If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations and the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this promotion.
