This year’s Lavazza Italian Film Festival brings you an incredible selection of Italy’s latest hits. With over 30 films, including several films selected from the prestigious Cannes, Berlin, Venice and Rome film festivals, the 2012 line-up will not disappoint.
The annual film festival will tour nationally, kicking off in Melbourne tomorrow, followed by Sydney, Brisbane, Perth and finishing up in Adelaide on the 28th of October .
Highlights of the festival include the Golden Globe-winning film The Entrepreneur, and the sequel to last year’s Opening Night film Welcome to the North. Plus Matteo Garrone’s Reality, winner of this year’s Grand Prix in Cannes, and Guido Lombardi’s impressive directorial debut Down There: A Criminal Education.
