Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who purchase one or more bottles of Drift Pinot Noir, Drift Pinot Gris or Drift Sauvignon Blanc from any outlet. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter Drift Wines, their associated agencies and companies, are not eligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences on 1st September 2012 at 00:01 (AEDST) and concludes on 31st March 2013 at 23:59 (AEDST) (âpromotion periodâ).
4. Customers who purchase one or more bottles of Drift Pinot Noir, Drift Pinot Gris or Drift Sauvignon Blanc, in a single transaction during the promotion period from any outlet, are eligible to enter. Entry will be via the Drift website (
www.driftwines.com) . Entrants will be required to enter the barcode. Winners are also required to show proof of purchase through either a receipt or the product itself.

Eligible entrants may enter as many times as they like but only one entry per transaction will be permitted.6. The prize draw will take place at 12:00 (AEDST) on 8th April 2013 at 161 Murray Street, Tanunda, SA 5352. The winner will be notified by telephone and email and their name will be published on Drift Wines social networking sites and the website (
www.driftwines.com) and announced in The Australian on Monday 15th April 2012.

8. The prize must be taken between the following dates 27/4/2013-29/6/2013, 15/7/2013-10/08/2013, 7/10/2013-16/12/2013. The winner can choose the date they wish to take their prize subject to the above dates and availability of the prize suppliers. Failure for any
reason to utilise a prize comprising travel within the specified dates will result in the forfeiture of the prize.
9. The winner is responsible for all off board meals and activities undertaken while consuming the individual prize elements. In regards to the accommodation the prize is for accommodation costs only and does not include additional charges (such as mini bar, in-room entertainment, dry cleaning, room service or other additional charges).
10. As the prize includes travel, it is the responsibility of the winner to take out appropriate travel and related insurance at their own cost. Travel is conducted at the winner (and their selected participants) own risk at all times. The promoter Drift Wines and suppliers of the individual prize elements accept no responsibility for any loss of personal effects, injury, death or misfortune of participants.
11. The promoter along with their prize suppliers may at its absolute discretion withdraw or exclude any person from the promotion or participation in any prize element if that person at any time behaves in a manner which in the opinion of the promoter or the staff, contractors or representatives of the operator of any event comprising a prize in a promotion is dangerous, inappropriate or offensive or is or could be considered antisocial, dangerous or threatening or which may
cause injury to themselves or any other person.
12. Prize values are correct as at date of publication and the promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in any prize value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
13. The prize must be booked within the first 3 months (before 8th July 2013) after the prize is drawn. If the winner, for whatever reason, cannot book their prize within the time stipulated by the promoter then the prize will be forfeited by the winner. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof.
14. If the prize remains un-booked by 8th July 2013, a draw will be conducted on 15th July 2013 (subject to any written directions given under all State Regulations). In the event of a re-drawn winner, they will be notified in writing by email and telephoned and their name will be published on Drift Wines social networking sites and the website (
www.driftwines.com).
15. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, filmed and/or chaperoned throughout the duration of the prize. It is also a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and each prize supplierâs requirements.
16. Legal aged consumers should be advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are:
⢠Males up to 6 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week
⢠Females up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week

17. Independent financial advice should be sought as tax implications may arise as a result of accepting the prize.
18. The promoterâs decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
19. In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the promoterâs ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions,

20. All entries become the property of the promoter. The promoter may collect personal information about you solely to enable you to participate in this promotion but no further use of this information will be made. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the eligible entrant, each eligible entrant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database and agrees that Drift Wines may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the eligible entrant. .
