T&Cs CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: TYERIGHT PIRELLI WIN A TRIP FOR 2 TO THE 2013 AUSTRALIAN F1 GRAND PRIX .
1. The Promoter of this Competition is Tyres4U Pty Limited (A.B.N. 60455036246) of 165-171 Milton Street, Ashfield NSW.

Entry to the Competition is open to residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Employees of the Promoter or any person associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter. Entry into the Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. All entries must be submitted via the entry form on the Promoter’s website and complete the sentence: “The official F1 tyre brand is …”. The entry must be original.
4. To enter the Competition, entrants must have purchased a minimum of two (2) Pirelli tyres between 1 August, 2012 and 31 October, 2012 in a single transaction from a Tyreright or Affiliated Tyreright service centre. Proof of purchase must be provided if you are the Competition winner. Only one entry shall be made for each two (2) Pirelli tyres purchased within the Competition period.
5. All parts of all entries become the property of the Promoter. Entrants consent to the Promoter using all entrants’ submissions and name in any media including advertising for an unlimited period of time without payment for the purposes of promoting the products manufactured, distributed and/or sold by the Promoter.
6. The winner will receive, a trip for 2 people to attend the 2013 F1 Australian Grand Prix Melbourne including return economy class airfares for 2 people in March 2013 from the particular Winner’s nearest capital city to Melbourne VIC (except if the winners are less than 3 hours drive to Melbourne VIC); accommodation for two people for 3 nights; transfers from and to the airport to allocated hotel and to the event; two VIP entry tickets (including, refreshments and VIP hospitality) on the Saturday & Sunday of the 2013 F1 Australian Grand Prix. The Prize does not include: any insurances, taxes, spending money, charges, levies, hotel incidentals, tours and activities or meals (except where specified) (“the Prize”).
7. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions all other expenses associated with attending the prize event are the responsibility of the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged for other goods and services or redeemed for cash. Any element of the prize which is unused will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.
8. The total prize value is up to $5,000.00 inclusive of GST.
9. The Competition opens on 1 August , 2012 and closes at midnight on 31 October, 2012. The winner will be judged and announced on Friday 2 November, 2012.
10. The winner will be notified by email, phone and on the Promoter’s website. The prize must be claimed by 4pm on Friday 16 November, 2012 or it is forfeit.
11. This is a game of skill. Chance will not play a role in determining the competition winner. The Promoter will appoint a judging panel whose decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. All entries will be judged for creativity. Only one winner will be selected in each draw.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered or sustained as a result of taking the prize (except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law).
13. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.
14. Tyres4U accepts no liability for late, lost or misdirected entries.
15. By submitting the entry form online, the participating customer confirms he/she has read and understood these terms and conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
