Who’s eligible to enter this Challenge?

Persons over the age of 18 years may enter the Kids Smart Win an iPad (KSWai) competition by completing and submitting the entry form on
http://kidsmart.com.au/winanipad/. Persons below 18 are not allowed to enter and any submissions from people under 18 will be disqualified.
2. This competition is only open to people residing in Australia.

Participants with proof of purchase of Kids Smart 50’s or 60’s burslet range or more, from Terry White Chemists are eligible to enter4. Eligibility to participate is subject to the rules and regulations of the state or country where each competitor lives as applicable to participation in contests.
5. Employees of Pharmacare or affiliated companies, advertising agencies, or consultants and contractors providing services for Kids Smart, are not eligible to enter.

How You Will Be Judged
1. Nature’s Way will select price winners on 18 October 2012
2. Winners are judged on the answers to the skill based questions.
3. The Nature’s Way judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prizes
1.
Total prize pool value is $2000 Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes; prizes are not transferable; and there will be no substitutions for the prizes.
2. All prize values are in Australian Dollars.

The prizes for the competition are 5 iPad2 worth $400 each.4. If any prize or reward (or part of any prize or reward) is unavailable, Nature’s Way, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize or reward (or part of the prize or reward) with a prize or reward to the equal value and/or specification
5. Prizes and rewards, or any unused portion of a prize or reward, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Conditions
1. Submission of your completed Entry Form shall be deemed your acceptance of these Rules and Regulations (as may be amended in Nature’s Way sole discretion) and your voluntary transfer to Nature’s Way of all right, title, and interest.
2. To the extent permitted by law, Pharmacare Laboratories, Nature’s Way, its authorised distributors and related companies including the directors, officers, contractors and employees of any of them will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of participation in the ”KSWai” competition.
3. Competitors must notify Nature’s Way in writing of any changes of email address or phone number. Winners who cannot be reached at the email address or phone number in their completed entry form will be disqualified and the prize will be forfeited to another prize winner who shall be picked by Nature’s Way at its absolute discretion.
4. Completed entry forms must be received by Nature’s Way on or before 10 Oct 2012. Any submissions received after then will not be considered.
5. Nature’s Way reserves the right to interpret these rules and, if necessary, to amend the rules at its sole discretion and without notice to individual competitors. Any amendments to the rules or changes in prizes will be published online at

Deed of Conditions and Release
Each prize winner as a condition precedent to receiving their prize will enter into a Deed of Conditions and Release in respect of their prize and the conditions of the contest in accordance with the terms therein.
