1.This competition is open to
any Australian resident (excluding residents of the Australian Capital Territory), aged 18 and over excluding employees of Rhino-Rack & immediate relatives of employees of Rhino-Rack. 2.To enter, a prospective entrant needs to 'Like' the Rhino-Rack Facebook page before subscribing to the Rhino-Rack mailing list using the form located on the entry page.
Only one entry is allowed per individual. Entries need to made between 12:00am 1st September 2012 (Australian EST)
and 12:00am 1st October 2012 (Australian EST) to be considered valid. Additional criteria for an entry to be valid is that the entrant must already 'Like' the Rhino Rack Facebook page and have subscribed to the Rhino-Rack email list when the drawing of the prize is held. 3.Persons who are already on Rhino-Rack's email list only need to 'Like' the Rhino-Rack Facebook page to be entered into the prize draw. 4.A winner will be selected by ballot box on 1st October 2012 at Rhino-Rack, 3 Pike Street, Rydalmere, NSW, 2116. The winner will be notified on the same day via email. The winner agrees that Rhino-Rack has full permission to display the winner's full name and state/territory of residence on the Rhino-Rack Facebook page and any relevant trade publications. 5.Rhino-Rack must receive entries during the Promotional Period. Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted entries. Rhino-Rack is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error. 6.The winner will have until 1st January 2013 to claim their prize. If a prize is not claimed by this time then a new winner will be chosen by ballot from the pool of eligible entrants. 7.
There is one prize and it consists of 2 Rhino-Rack products as follows: 1 bike rack and 1 set of 2 bar roof racks. The prizes where possible will be offered based on their compatibility with the prize winners vehicle. No portion, either part or whole of the prize may be transferable as cash or in any other form unless where explicitly stated and approved by Rhino-Rack. 8.Rhino-Rack will cover the cost of shipping (via road freight) the prize to the prize winner and will only be liable for delivery to an Australian address. Rhino-Rack makes no guarantees with regards to delivery time frames or stock availability of selected prizes. Any shipping arrangements and associated costs to a location outside of Australia will be the responsibility of the prize winner. 9.Rhino-Rack will not be liable for any costs or labour relating to fitting/installation of the prizes. This must be arranged by the prize winner at their expense. 10.Rhino-Rack makes no guarantee that products will be available which are compatible with the prize winners specified vehicle. Should this be the case Rhino-Rack will use its sole discretion to select and offer a substitute prize from its product range of similar value. 11.Any personal information obtained from entrants via this competition will only be used by Rhino-Rack and will not be released to any third party. 12.Rhino-Rack shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained (including through negligence) in connection with or arising from the promotion or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. 13.Rhino-Rack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify all entries from any person, and prohibit that person's further participation in this promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions of entry, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person. This competition may be withdrawn by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice. 14.If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Rhino-Rack, Rhino-Rack reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion without prior notice. 15.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. No personal information provided by entrants will be made available to Facebook. 16.This Terms And Conditions document may be amended by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice. 17.This competition is registered with the Office Of Liquor, Racing & Gaming under Permit #LTPS/12/07142.
